No product after ordering and paying online
After ordering and paying online, I have not received my product. When contacted for explanations, they say that in order to complete the shipping to my address I need to provide a GERMAN phone number, instead of my italian one. Since I don't have another phone number, they denied my shipping after days of back and forth via email. I've received multiple other items from other vendors, and never had an issue with needing a different phone number. Sad to have to write that I was not expecting this bad customer service.
