We worked with Dan at Dunbridge to convert USD to CAD. He got us a very good rate compared to what our bank and credit union offered, saving us thousands of dollars. And, when there was difficulty with my credit union and the intermediary bank they use for international wires, he really went the extra mile to troubleshoot, work with us and the other players, and ultimately come up with options to resolve the issue. We’ll definitely be working with him— and Dunbridge — again.

From the moment I was introduced I've had a fabulous experience with Dan Griffin and the Dunbridge team.

I was totally new to international currency exchange for B2B transactions and I was somewhat daunted by the options in front of me. After some research with my corporate bank it became apparent that there were easier alternatives and there were significant savings to be made.

Always a pleasure doing business with Dunbridge Financial. Their customer service is a cut above. They are enthusiastic about helping you every step of the way and always happy to have a chat about where rates may go in the future. Of course, one should never take financial advice from one source but it’s nice to have someone to chat to about such topics. Rates are great as well; I was previously using OFX for my FX needs but will be savings thousands of dollars a year by trading with Dunbridge. Their platform is great and easy to use as well. I have been dealing with Dunbridge for a number of years now, with high and very high value transactions for the company I worked for. While I had alternatives to choose from, let me say that Dunbridge proved to be the best choice, bar none!!

I've used Dunbridge for all my USD to CAD transfers for my consulting business for a number of months, and can recommend them highly.

The Dunbridge Financial team was easy to deal with, and made the process easy for me to understand. I sold my home in the US and moved to Canada so we transferred a large sum. The rate we received was very good, and the process was quick.

Misleading information on website.
I started the enrollment process because the site said it can send money from India (in Indian Rupees) to US (in US Dollars).
However, while trying to transfer the money after completing the online Account set up process, it showed only a handful of currencies from which money could be transferred in Dollars to US. Indian Rupees was not among those currencies.
Hence, the service is of no use to me and I unnecessarily wasted my time trying to set up the account and provided them some sensitive information in doing so.
What's more, even after getting email that my account was successfully set up and ready to use, I also got some emails from this company's Sales team asking me to call them to complete the set up of my account.
Overall, very confusing experience.
