Very good communication throughout the process and all the work including central heating and insulations were completed to a good standard. I would certainly recommend this company based on my experience.

Very good service however the team that installed the underfloor insulation were not communicating well with each other. We were told the old flooring had to be removed before installing the underlay but after that had happened the guys that came to install said they were going to make hatch and the whole floor didn't need to be removed. Which did annoy us. My sister n law had her boiler installed with the same scheme and only a hatch was made. So all I would say was we were let down with the flooring having to be removed but the person that fitted the boiler was very professional and completed the job to a very high standard.

I called 3 weeks ago an the lady said Again that someone passed away but this time It was the Installer's family member an installer will call me next day nobody did. I've been callin and texting for 2 weeks ever day with no Answer an reply. Then in frustration of texting and keep calling for weeks i sent a text sayin to cancel an if that's ok so I can use a different company an still got no reply after a another week i went online live chat because I knew she wouldn't recognise me and reply back which she did And then she Blamed me that I cancelled an she didn't get no missed call + she's busy working from home. Try to call me a liar. i can't believe that a company Hasn't got time In 4 weeks To call back a customer or reply to messages. I really advise people not to use this company because This is what actually happened I think it's fake or a scam of some sort. I'm not a person to put a bad review but had to because of the way I got treated..Just be aware an Stay safe

To have had a Boiler installed on 22nd March was amazing & we are so Thankful to the very helpful lady.

Don't give up.
Our journey began on 1st March when we reported a Gas leak. The Emergency Service arrived within an hour & quickly condemned our 30 years old Back Boiler. I would like to say a big thank you to eco for our government grant for our underfloor cavity and new Worcester combine boiler and what a difference it has made, keeping us all lovely and warm especially through this cold weather. The workmen was so lovely and very helpful and did all the work in one week I was amazed what a great team and they all cleaned up there mess. My combustion to the company was £500 but that was much better than thousand which I would never been to afford that amount, so well done simply echo...,,please carry on with this good work. Top job from start to finish!
After a quick phone call to Sarah it was all wheels in motion. A surveyor, Richard, came the very next day and the day after I received the very welcoming news that I had indeed been awarded a government grant to have a boiler and full heating system (I had none). The 2 installers Mathew and Aaron came and did a phenomenal job, absolutely 1st class....... I can’t believe how wonderful it feels to have a warm home with instant hot water!!! I cannot praise high enough this company and the Fantastic job they have done...... Sarah started this all off with such efficiency so will finish this review by saying a huge thank you to all concerned but a special thank you to Sarah, you’re a star x
