This is my first time ordering with Elegant Gifts and I was extremely satisfied. The order was placed late Saturday night and I received the items on Wednesday afternoon. This was also during Hurricane Helene and both North Carolina and South Carolina (where I am got rocked)
Fast service and they carefully packaged my items as well. Also, the price was better than most I found online. I highly recommend shopping with them .

Dear David, we have received your order on Dec 13th, Sunday, and processed it the next day. Your order is coming in 2 packages. According to FedEx tracking, one package is out for delivery. FedEx tracking # is 431921811378774. The second package was also sent on Dec 15th and still in transit according to the USPS tracking page. (9400111202555833668982)
We process and ship out all orders within 24 hours (business days). Due to the Holiday season as well as COVID, most of the carriers are overwhelmed and understaffed.
Once an item is shipped, it is out of our hands. However, we do our best to make sure our customers get what they order and if not we compensate them with a refund or a replacement. We also suggest our customers send us a message via our website or cs@elegant-gifts.co to resolve these issues.

Everything to do with my order from Elegant Gifts couldn't have been better. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was easy as well. The product I ordered was liquid and came in two glass jars. Each jar was wrapped securely in plenty of bubble wrap and then shipped in a box that was the perfect size to protect the jars. There are a lot of companies out there that could learn a thing or two from the people that packaged this shipment. It demonstrated a real concern for the customer. I would recommend Elegant Gifts to everyone!
