This buisness is and excellent idea and received my order in an acceptable amount of time. I just will entomophagy was more widespread in North America at to make this product more affordable.

They offer no up front tastings of their product (you just buy it on-line). So your buying a product never tried before. Being crickets as such, I myself would have preferred a sample.

I just polished off my first bag of cricket powder (1 lb. organic). I have been doing a daily milkshake in hope of helping Crohns disease. So, far after 1 month the results are encouraging. So, thanks to the countless number of crickets that gave their lives for this and to the farmers who did the work. I'm gonna keep on being an insectivore for as long as this keeps helping me.

Good quality and organic is available

Good quality and that organic is available, both cricket powder and whole roasted crickets. Fast deliver in Canada. Sadly the shipping cost to Europe is way too high.

Good for Type 1 diabetic watching their carbs in baking!

Shipping was fast - and as a T1D who likes to try to incorporate protein into their baking to reduce the amount of carbs ... great. The chocolate chip (and I threw in some fresh chocolate mint from my garden) cookies made with cricket flour and regular flour (I used whole wheat) ... went over well on a portage trip I did this summer. The roasted crickets, I like them, but sadly, most other people I've offered them too, go yuck. There loss, my gain. Good thing, Entomo Farms is CANADIAN. In these political times with what used to be our friendly neighbour south of the border before a certain leader took over their country. Proud to buy Canadian products. Whoot! Whoot!

Your product is great

Your product is great, but your service is poor.

Your product selection is not reliably available on reasonable time scales.
I asked to be notified on the availability of whole insects such as meal worms when they became restocked. It has been months since I inquired about it. You have still not responded on the availability of these products.
I like the powders but I don't want your ready made snacks that are seasoned or otherwise flavored.

the best company to bring on the future of food [edible insects] because they're delicious, environemeal, safe, etc

I honestly love Entomo farms so much, both their food and company! If anyone can and will make edible insects widely accepted and consumed, it is them. I have tried multiple crickets and cricket powders/flours and theirs is by far tastiest one I have tried. Their crickets and mealworms (both powdered and whole roasted [plain]) are both delicious--I eat them straight, sprinkle them on other foods, etc. Not only are their insects absolutely scrumptious, but them company emphasizes environmental values (and provides the research to back up both their environmental and their health claims). Every time I have spoken with their employees, I have been pleased and can tell they care (my one complaint is they aren't always the quickest at replying and sometimes seem to forget altogether). Also, since I'm sure some people would worry about food safety with edible insects, I completely trust them and would say that their processing methods make their edible bugs safer than non-insect foods.
I only hope that they can expand to fill the demand because their mealworms are delicious but rarely in stock, which is quite a bummer. Also, I love both their plain crickets and mealworms, but I'd appreciate them bringing back or making new/more flavors WITHOUT any added sweeteners (they use honey in most of their flavored insects). Furthermore, I would like to see them offer more insect varieties, but what they have is stellar and they have the best plain crickets anywhere.

This company provides the cricket…

This company provides the cricket product for literally every cricket protein based food in Canada. I got crickets for kids that I work with in afterschool care and summer day camp, and even just the roasted crickets were a hit!

Experience ordering and delivering was…

Experience ordering and delivering was great, we just didn't think the actual products were very tasty. I really wanted to like them and to support insect eating but they just didn't taste good, so we won't be ordering again.
