Thousand euros and no product. Apparently it's misplaced somewhere OR they sold products that haven't even rolled off production line yet. No updates or replies on tickets. Waited for about a month now, no product. Need to queue for livechat for HOURS and HOURS to get a generic "yes yes we are looking into it" -reply. Get your products from somewhere else... this is unacceptable for products of this price range...

I ordered my 3D printer on December 1st, got an order confirmation and tracking ID. Since then there has been no update to the tracking.

I raised a ticket and only got automated replies but no ac
tual information. Bambu Lab issued some statements even blaming shipping companies for the delays in their delivery.

So 16 days later still waiting for my 3D printer and no idea when to expect it.

Great printers! great prices! but support is very bad. I have not needed to interact with support for anything big (details on my A1 printer and now wear on my X1C) but I understand the bad reviews. It would be 5 stars for my own experience, but in general I hope they enhance support response times.

Thousand euros and no product

POST VENDITA INESISTENTE. PESSIMO!!

Ho acquistato dallo store Europeo una A1 mini + AMS (370€). Spedita con DHL, il pacco è stato consegnato all'indirizzo sbagliato e rubato. Ho contattato subito bambulab per avere supporto, dal 13/12/2024 ad oggi nessun aiuto! Pur avendo pagato con PayPal non vengo rimborsato perché hanno dichiarato il falso nella contestazione, ovvero che il pacco è arrivato ma non è vero! Ho le prove di DHL che AMMETTE di aver sbagliato a consegnarlo, c'e una denuncia per FURTO alla polizia, ci sono video e foto delle telecamere dove si vede che il corriere NON È VENUTO A CASA MIA. Oltretutto dalla tracciatura di DHL risulta consegnato addirittura in un'altra città! Nonostante cio, bambulab non solo se ne frega ma non risponde ai ticked da 15 giorni se non con messaggi automatici. MI AVETE TRUFFATO assieme a PayPal e DHL. NON ACQUISTATE DALLO STORE EUROPEO. Se avrete un problema butterete i soldi. ATTENZIONE! Agirò per vie legali anche se so che non servirà. VERGOGNATEVI.

I purchased an A1 mini + AMS (€370) from the European store. Shipped with DHL, the package was delivered to the wrong address and stolen. I immediately contacted bambulab for support, from 13/12/2024 to today no help! Even though I paid with PayPal, I am not refunded because they made a false declaration in the dispute, i.e. that the package arrived but it wasn't true! I have proof of DHL who ADMITS to having made a mistake in delivering it, there is a complaint for THEFT to the police, there are videos and photos from the cameras where you can see that the courier DID NOT COME TO MY HOUSE. Furthermore, DHL tracking shows it was delivered to another city! Despite this, bambulab not only doesn't care but hasn't responded to ticked messages for 15 days except with automatic messages. YOU SCAMMED ME together with PayPal and DHL. DO NOT BUY FROM THE EUROPEAN STORE. If you have a problem you will waste your money. ATTENTION! I will take legal action even if I know it won't help. SHAME ON YOU.

Unserious company

SCAM

SCAM

They sell products they don't have in stock! No reply from customer service. Waiting for my order since 12/02/2024 and it has still not been sended out.

I will contact the EU commission for Consumer rights and complaints now.

SCAM COMPANY

All the red flags of a scam or bankrupt company.

This company collects money from orders for products it does not have and never intended to ship.

They advertise false DPD parcel numbers.
There is no customer service, only automatic emails.
They have blocked all new posts on their help forums.

Company without regards for Consumer rights in the EU

BambuLab made the same mistake as last year. Sold more than they had and did not deliver until months later. Well, i haven´t got that time and i won´t wait. I live pretty close to their EU warehouse (DE) and i can tell you that they are not "working hard" as they state. Nor can they blame couriers for their mistakes as they are doing it. People order, people get a tracking number right after. That tracking number is not sent to DPD/DHL and sits weeks before they get stock. That is another problem. Bambulab is not adhering to EU consumer laws and yet, it operates in the EU. If you check their store right now, they still have everything with "in warehouse stock" and selling like hot cakes. Reality is, they don´t have stock and are selling without fulfilling customer orders.
I urge everyone to file a complaint to the EU consumer rights and if possible, to do a chargeback on them. They can´t blame other companies for their lies and lack of transparency. Every time customers ask for support, they get the same "wait 1 to 7 days" message. After 7 days, write again and you´ll get exactly the same, asking you to wait another 7 days, and so on. Their forums show how not happy people are. Trustpilot shows also the same. Will you keep making this company grow with lies? Don´t support these companies, it´s the only way they will learn.
I already filled my complaint, i already made my part. Now it´s a matter of waiting for my bank to bring my money back and be over with it. I hope Bambulab burns like they like to burn their customers! I really hope that everyone would get their printer and do a chargeback so they would learn. We can also play their game and we vote with our wallet.

Scambu Lie

No Customer Support at all +10days without reply to tickets
Generic AI reply from a bot that redirect to a "live chat" that never have any customer support operator
Refuse for refund / Cancel by not responding to request

No transparency about product delivery
Lies to Courrier (DPD) and do not fullfill their business obligation to them by creating empty shipping orders

Hide delivery warehouse behind shell company to make as they are FROM Germany Bambu Warehouse but are imported trough other company from CHINA with MONTHS of delays

NO SUPPORT! No shipping!

NO SUPPORT!
You get no answer from support and they lie about shipping time on their website.
They illegally invoice before anything is shipped.
Don't even try their Live Chat support, I waited for over 2 hours and when I finally was second in queue, they just kicked me out, within their working hours and I couldn't join Live chat again. You won't get an answer to your questions if you make a Ticket, you just get an automatic reply.

They still say "In stock" on all products I bought, and ships within 1-3 days from DE Warehouse. But it is now 8 days ago I ordered a printer and alot of filament and spare parts, it has not been shipped yet.

This is the worst customer service and support I have experienced in my life.

I will not recommend Bambu Lab to anyone.

I have canceled my order! I just followed their guide to cancel an order, and made a ticket for this. Wonder when I will get my money back, maybe they can earn a star for that, for fast money transfer like how fast they invoiced without shipping.

Great printers, great prices, crappy support

Great printers! great prices! but support is very bad. I have not needed to interact with support for anything big (details on my A1 printer and now wear on my X1C) but I understand the bad reviews. Shady pricing scheme & return policy

I have bought printer during the "Black Friday sale" & SURPRICE... the price went down the next day (once the Black Friday sale has ended).

I have requested cancellation of the of the order, but I was denied, as order "has been shipped" & customer can only "request cancellation 2 hours after placing order" (based on Refund policy), despite the items has not been actually shipped.
It has been 3 days from placing the order & the printer has still not been actually shipped.

Shady pricing strategy & questionable refund/return policy... Please just buy different printer brand to avoid headache (or at least don't buy from official Bambu lab EU store).

Terrible, quite a scam!

I've oredered a P1S printer on september 24, I got it in a few days via DHL but the front glass was totally destroyed with all small pieces inside board and circuits.
I broke a hoover trying to clean it!
They arranged a return but the only solution was to go to a GLS point in another city to send it back, spending other money.
I had to write them after a week it arrived back to them cause it seems they don't care too much to reply me and let me know about.
I asked a lot of times to make a better packaging and to check if the glass isn't broken from the start but their only reply was to "check the condition of the item when you receive it"!
They decided to ship with DPD (one of the worst courier around) telling me it would be faster, but it takes 10 days to be delivered!
Last surprise... I received a beautician table sent by another company to someone else in another city istead of my printer.
The right label on the package was removed but not at all, so I can see the scam, and mine was attached over.
I wrote them about the issue but I got no reply at all.
BambuLab is responsable of what happened but they don't care at all! Next week I will fill a claim in a police office cause 650 Euros are not a joke!
They ship expensive tech items in their original box, exposing this stuff to damages and thefts!
After more than 2 months I got nothing but they got my money!
This is a fraud or else?!
In 25 years of web business I've never found a similar issue with any company or anyone!

Avoid official store at all cost. Buy from local distributors.

They have great products, but their EU Store is one big misunderstanding. The package is shipped 10 days later. Their support just completely ghosts you or responds with a non-answer after 20 days.

If you want their products, buy from local distributors. It will be 10% more expensive, but believe me, it is worth it to avoid dealing with them directly.

I really like bambulabs printers but...

I orderer several filaments about 8 days ago and there is still no update that the package has even got shipped. I contacted the live chat support and sure thing nothing has happend. They blame everything but themselves and does not give a single care about their costumers, they ended the conversation without coming to any solution and instead wanted me to give them feedback on their support and sure i can do that. I work in costumer service and this is surely not how you treat costumers. I will unfortunately not buy anything from this company in the future and do not recommend anyone to buy anything from them either.

Long Shipping Times Without Prior Notice

I ordered a P1P printer and filament on 28.10.2024. The filament arrived fairly quickly, but the printer hadn’t even shipped a week later. When I reached out, I was informed that there were delays due to Black Friday orders—something that was not mentioned when I placed the order. It would have been helpful to be informed of potential delays in advance.

Customer service was friendly, but the long wait without any prior notice is disappointing. I hope the product arrives soon.

Very. very. very.. slow delivery

Unacceptably Slow Delivery and Poor Communication

I ordered 9 in-stock filaments on October 25th. Despite two times contacting customer support, my order still hasn't been shipped (November 1th.). The representative informed me of a significant backlog and estimated an additional 5-6 days before shipping.
And than i am still missing 2-3 days shipping.

This unacceptable delay has severely disrupted my creative process. I had hoped to rely on Bambu Lab filaments for my X1C, but this experience has left me disappointed.

I urge Bambu Lab to improve its order/shipping process to ensure customer satisfactions !

Deliverd fast

I had no experience with the client support but for me when buying a A1 mini with AMS lite it arrived fast and well packaged. It worked out of the box and I bought it at a price of more or less 367 euros.

Great support and fast shipping

I'm surprised by the negative reviews because my experience has been nothing but positive. I've placed eight orders so far, and they've all gone smoothly. The support team is responsive, usually getting back to me within a day or two, and they’re always cooperative, answering every question. Unlike many other big companies that send out generic responses, with Bambu Lab, it feels like you’re actually talking to a human, not a bot. Orders ship quickly, usually within 24 hours, and the prices are good, especially compared to Norwegian shops. The few times I’ve had a warranty issue, it was resolved quickly. Overall, I’m really happy with them!
