We bought the Eufy cam 2C+homebase and video door bell. The entire process from buying to installing was very smooth and easy. The package arrived on time and we were able to get it installed and running in less than an hour. So far we've only used it for a few days, but it seems to be easy to check on the cameras with the app. The biggest draw for us was that it does not require a monthly subscription. It does have additional monitoring option available, but we don't think we need it at the moment.

Amazing service from Eufy via Amazon UK, I got in touch with Eufy Support Team; Anker on Sunday evening (about my faulty security camera) at 11.00 pm ((UK) not expecting a reply until Monday, well they sprang into action that evening and messages were flying between us back and forth, I sent proof of purchase etc, they confirmed by the troubleshooting I had done that it was necessary to replace and by Tuesday (amazingly) they had delivered a new replacement and it was up and working by Tuesday evening, what fantastic service. THANK YOU EUFY!

I have bought their Smart Track Card E30. It's very easy to setup and use. The FindMy network link well and with reliable signal. It is rechargeable! I bought few to replace my AirTag.

Arm/disarm option for the system?

I like the product, I like the local storage as opposed to a monthly fee. But one thing that I would really like is if there was a master arm/disarm button for when it is raining or I’m doing yardwork because I get 99+ videos per camera And it is extremely Annoying to have to go through and delete each one of those which are just raindrops or small videos of me mowing the grass or working in the garden.

I recently Very Disappointed with Eufy Door Lock and Customer Service a Eufy door lock…

I recently purchased a Eufy door lock and door camera, and unfortunately, I am very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The door lock started having issues where it would jam, preventing me from being able to open my front door. After troubleshooting, it was clear that the issue was a manufacturer error. I contacted Eufy multiple times and even sent them a video showing the issue.

To my surprise, the customer service rep informed me that the product was out of warranty and that they could do nothing for me. What really upset me was the rude and dismissive attitude of the representative. Not only did they refuse to connect me to a manager, but they also hung up on me.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially because I have invested in several Eufy products for my home. I expected better customer support and a higher level of service from a company I trusted. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from Eufy again.

T I was going to buy a doorbell camera from them and then they tried to charge me for 2 and I knew that they were scam artists so I went to ring instead. They are SCAM ARTISTS.no thanks

Scam raffle.

Scam raffle.
Eufy have had a spring raffle on with daily drawers, I won a G50 (Video and screenshot proof)
But Eufy decided it was a mistake and should have only been 10% off.
I entered the draw everyday received 10% off each day.

They offered 40% discount as an apology, even though the G50 was already discounted by this much in the normal sale.

Clearly never intended to pay out prizes.

I have had a robot for 3 months and…

I have had a robot for 3 months and it’s not sucking contacted them all I’ve had is loads and loads of useless questions this robot is not working end off sort it out !!!!

STAY AWAY SCAM


I have had to change two scales. They were both faulty. Completely inaccurate.
At first they confirmed that I would get back a 100% refund back to the original payment method.

Here is what they wrote:

Our refunds go back the way they came in, our system refunds your account for whatever you paid for, if you paid with a credit card then the money has been refunded to your credit card!

Then it changed and they decided to only refund 70%
Afterwards the refund changed to the pre tax amount only.

They then confirm that the refund was applied back in February to my original payment method which was my credit card. There’s nothing.
They then send another email stating that the refund was added back to my Amazon account. There’s nothing.

Here is their email:

We successfully processed the refund to your Amazon account on February 28th. Please check your Amazon account to confirm whether you have received the refund.

Beyond disorganized and confused is what they are.

Complete scam. Stay away.

Good Product Quality

Worst company to deal with


Worst company to deal with! Their products break, they promise a replacement, and then go silent. When you follow up, they respond with:

"Upon checking the status of your replacement, I noticed an error in processing, which unfortunately led to it not being uploaded and shipped as expected. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding."

Absolutely unacceptable!

Door Chime Not Working

I’ve spent hours trying to get the replacement wireless chime to work following fault with the original. Support staff were prompt and helpful, but have run out of ideas so I’m left with a useless device.

Major Disappointment – Security Risk, Terrible Customer Support, and Complete Waste of Money!

I’ve been a loyal Eufy customer for a long time, promoting their products to friends and family, but the Eufy Smart Lock C33 has completely shattered my trust in the brand. This lock is nothing but a source of constant stress and frustration. It’s been six times now that this lock has malfunctioned—unlocking itself without any reason, disconnecting from Bluetooth, or just randomly dying. There have been multiple occasions where I couldn’t lock my door, leaving my home completely vulnerable. The idea that I’m relying on a product that’s supposed to secure my home but instead puts me in constant fear is unacceptable.

On top of that, the battery life is a total joke. Eufy claims it should last a year, but in reality, it drains incredibly fast, and I’ve had to replace the batteries multiple times in just a few months. This is not the quality I was expecting.

To make matters worse, I’ve tried calling customer service multiple times, but they don’t answer. I’ve been on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, and when I finally did get through, the lack of support and service was appalling. No one seems to care, and I feel completely ignored.
I am extremely upset and disappointed. As someone who has always supported Eufy products, I now regret my purchase. This lock is a total rip-off, and it has caused me nothing but stress. I’m done with it and will be returning it for a full refund. I can’t recommend this product to anyone—please save yourself the trouble and frustration.Eufy, you’ve lost a loyal customer.

Eufy vacuum purchases

Previously we bought the x8 pro but it only lasted 2 years until it just wouldn’t clean our floors anymore. I decided to not buy the newest this time as that was a lot of money for it to only last two years. Now I purchased the c20 and I have to say I’m not thrilled with it. It keeps throwing an error that the mopping station is full when it’s not so I have to take it apart and clean up all of the water it puts all over the floor around the base station. For the money I have to continue to spend as this is our 4th eufy vacuum I’m considering switching to a different brand next time. We went with eufy because we have the security system but I’m not pleased with the amount of money I’ve put into their vacuums.

Majority of Eufy models are not good…

Majority of Eufy models are not good with Audio capture

I purchased E30 for indoor use, 4k picture clarity is good, but sometime there is lag in audio, sometime audio for 1 or 2 seconds get cut. This happens with many models of Eufy, if you want to consider proper security camera for home, go for panasonic and other good reputed brands. This brand is good for you to monitor pet, crying baby, not to capture voice of human while they talk. I purchased 3 different models of Eufy, all have this problem, some I couldn't return due to over 30 days.

Poor service

Poor service
Ordered security camera 2 weeks ago, Eufy confirmed order was sent for delivery but the order has not been received. I want a refund but Eufy will not offer me a refund and say I have to return the delivery. The courier company have confirmed in need to get a refund from Eufy.

Don’t waste your money

This is my second Eufy Robot Vac x8 hybrid in 2 years, both have been fantastic while they were working then one day ‘ERROR’ and that is the end! Directed Electronics simply advised ‘out of warranty’ not impressed an $800 machine will only last 12-18 months, would never buy again!!
