i ordered a watch from this company

i ordered a watch from this company and it never got delivered to me but they said it was given to someone in my home but there was no one in at the time, and then they send me a picture from the courier saying they gave it to someone at the door but all you can see is the courier holding the parcel in his hand, he must have given it to a ghost,
and they are doing nothing about this complaint so be careful when you back to them with a compliant good luck
