Did not get my cashback, had to reach out to the support team and then nothing was done for the next month. Then I got an update when pressed again and was told it had to be manually approved which took forever. At the end of the day the whole process was frustrating and super slow but after almost 2 months I did receive the cashback offer. I would not recommend.

Thank you for your review. As we're an independent third party, we can only rely on reports being sent to us by the institutions and merchants similar to others. Sometimes the reports sent to us miss transactions and we have no way of knowing that unless you notify us, which we actively follow up with to make sure you get your cashback offer at the end. When transactions are automatically reported and confirmed to us, you also get your cashback within a few days as there's hardly any wait time on our side.
