no product shipped and no refund either
I placed an order in November and it was never shipped. I had a difficult time trying to track it and get help from Fruugo. Eventually Fruugo agreed to make a full a refund within 3 to 5 days because they could see that the supplier never shipped the product. A month later there is still no refund. It has been a very frustrating and costly process trying to buy with Fruugo - not recommended.

Counterfeit item

Item damaged on arrival - nil response from supplier or delivery agent
I paid $159 AUD for an item ordered via Frugo - order number 173606693. My package arrived weeks late and it looked like it had been run over or caught in something. The item was completely damaged. No response from supplier or the delivery agent - Amarex. I will never order via Frugo again!

Don’t purchase or waste your money
Ordered a 14ft trampoline net rod. I received 2 bundles which can’t connect together. They didn’t include any connection and I can’t purchase one anywhere . Also there is not enough rod for a 14ft trampoline even if I did receive the connection. They have short supplied. It took over 4 weeks to arrive. I sent videos and photos as proof. When I asked for a refund they told me to send the item back to China. The original packaging has an Australian address so I will need to pay to return it back to China which defeats the purpose and will cost me more money. I don’t recommend at all. Waisted my money and received a useless item which wasn’t as per the advertised description. This should be refunded as it’s their error.

Every product came broken
All of our dragonflies arrived detached from their stick and the stick was detached from the peg. We can not use them. Very poor quality in hot gluing the pieces together

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
It has been 5 weeks and I'm yet to receive any updates on my order. I have emailed them three times and have not had a reply, they even sent me an automatic email asking to rate my experience and if I was enjoying the product I've paid for. Don't buy from them, its listed as Fruugo AUS but is 100% based and sent from china....that's if they actually send it.

DO NOT BUY VINTAGE MID CENTURY CLOCK
I purchased the "vintage mid century clock" style E. DO NOT BUY this clock. The hands were broken, the battery doesn't fit, and it is cheap and nasty. You put it together like a jigsaw, and put on the supplied black tape to hold it together. I will never shop on Fruugo again.
