Terrible tracking and as a matter of fact, you can’t track your package!! You get 8 of the same email that your package is in route but no delivery time because you can’t track!! Received one that is ripping upon unpacking and the quality is least of what is described when purchasing!! Crap. I could and should have had a child put this together. No cushion at all!! Dog is basically laying on fabric that is laying on my floor. A blanket would serve the same as what was shipped. So disappointed and will never buy nor recommend this company again. I will be reporting this to everyone and anyone I can to put you out of business. This company is nothing but a highway robbery!!!

Absolutely horrible product. If I could give negative star review I would. The product sucks it doesn't do what they claim and slips off the couch don't bother buying it and not only that their phone numbers don't work through emails don't work and good luck getting your money back.

I received the dog bed as ordered and it might be nice - except one of the zippers is broken - it has NO zipper pull! And when we put in the bottom pad a corner seam ripped out already.

Poor product and impossible to return.
Bought a dog bed and paid about $65 for it. The mattress does not fit the cover at all and the seller was very unresponsive, eventually offering me a 20% discount for an unusable product despite me asking for a full refund.
This is reminiscent of the early days of online shopping when there was a high risk of getting dud products. In this day and age, I am surprised these guys can operate.

Ordered a bed for our dog, got the bed and it looked no where near as thick and was filled with cheap filling that compressed under light wait from my hand. Didn't match the description of the product either. Wrote several emails to them trying to return it, as it was $280... For a bed I wouldn't have paid $50 for, honestly. The product was that terrible. They responded once with a very generic response and didn't even acknowledge that we wanted to return it. On their website it says to email them for return instructions. Sent several emails after that within the limit of return and got no response. We had to dispute the transaction through our credit card company which Funny Fuzzy turned into a nightmare, saying that we never sent the product back so we can't get a refund. Luckily we have all the emails and lack of responses as proof. If I could give them no stars I would.

This is the worst dog bed I’ve ever had. There is more stuffing in her toy than is bed. She is a 160 lb mastiff and it says it’s good for the spine. There’s nothing orthopedic about it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will never purchase from your company again. NOT worth $110

Pet car bed snaps kept opening up! This item was expensive. I notified the company to let them know I didn't want a refund it was just going to give it away to my daughter who has better behaved dogs and don't move around as much and the bed didn't work for her the snaps all opened I will never go back! what a rip off. This car bed for the pets is useless without the sides being able to stay up and keep the dogs in safely.

Poor quality of dog beds, i ordered two dog beds which looked very bougie on the website, but very disappointed when they arrived; cheap feel to them and very expensive for what they are.
They also took a long time to arrive.
Will be asking for a refund.

What is going on with this company? I have been waiting on a refund for almost 2 months. I was told to return item to an obscure location in Monroe NJ. When I call that location it’s a physical therapy place!!!!! Although no one answers there either. I’m disputing the charge but would love to expose this place if it’s not a legitimate place. Still working on my refund.

We ordered a harness with matching leash and an extra large dog bed that said a lab could fit on. The harness came with no leash. I contacted Funny Fuzzy requesting the leash, only to get an email 2 weeks later wanting me to send them a picture of the packaging to see if they could tell what happened. I responded telling them that we did not have it and they requested it again. Not responding to a word I said. Just the same reply about taking a picture of the packaging. Then the dog bed arrived in a vacuum sealed bag. We didn’t open it because it would be easier to transport. My grandson opened it when he got home and it was a perfect fit their miniature sheltie. If anyone takes time to read the reviews for this company they would put them have business. (Emails available) I wish we had before we purchased from them.

The product is not what was advertised. Poor quality and not as described. I have sent multiple emails to return the product for a refund and they have stopped responding and fail to provide any return information at all. They are a SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I received the wrong product. I ordered a large bed, and they sent me a medium. The bed is so small none of our dogs can fit into it. I sent messages via the website and through their support email - nothing (no phone number provided). Finally, I got a confusing email about exchanging it. I responded, and to date, I have received no response. $80 is a lot of money for something I cannot use. I DO NOT suggest anyone order from this company! At this point, I am out $80, so I would like to make a difference for someone else at least!

Ordered a leaf blanket back in 2021 and loved it! Ordered another this year and the quality is diabolical.
Listed as 100% cotton on the website but it is cheap plastic-feeling polyester with no padding what so ever. I can’t believe how much the quality has dropped in a couple of years.
Have contacted customer service for a refund as products are completely falsely advertised.

After placing my order, I was concerned seeing the poor reviews. However, after a really slow delivery process, my package was delivered two weeks after placing my order.
The product I purchased, I am very happy with. I ordered a waterproof sofa cover due to my cat being poorly and suffering from incontinence. The cover looks thin however, when put to the test it was leak proof and is very easy to clean.
I am repurchasing for my other sofas so I would recommend this company but beware of the wait time for your product.
