This is the second time that I have sent my clothes to AdventureUs for repair. I live in New Mexico, and they are based in Wisconsin, but the distance doesn't matter. The experience is easy and the employees' communications are so upbeat it's actually fun. My only concern is that this second round of repairs took a couple of weeks longer than I had hoped. My items were received and assessed on November 20, 2024, and I was invoiced for the completed work on December 30. As the shipment included cold-weather gear, I was hoping to have them back sooner. However, I can appreciate that December is hard in retail, and I'm glad for their sake that they were busy. This will not affect my willingness to send them more work as it arises. I really appreciate their good work, reasonable prices, and good communication.

Quality is excellent and my kids love them! The wrist area was always such a weak point in their winter gear but not anymore! I like that my kids can use them with gloves or mittens depending on their outdoor adventure. They stay in place very well and the shipping time comparable to Amazon!
