The delivery man did not ring the doorbell or knock when he deposited the package. It would be best if he did so I could get the package right away for two reasons:
1) Prevent theft
2) Some items are not meant to be sitting in sub-zero temperature.

If I could leave zero stars I would. After having my package for over a month and the delivery date being pushed back day after day I contacted them only to have the same message copy and pasted by multiple people. At no point did any of the assistants actually answer any of my questions.
After waiting almost 5 weeks I finally got a note from the merchant saying that my order was sent back. Contacted gobolt to be told it was the merchant who requested the parcel back, which was a complete lie. After questioning why they didn’t just deliver my package again I got the same copy and pasted message.
Worst customer service I have experienced and would not recommend using them

They lost my package.
My order out on delivery on Jan 8, then reschedule delivery again on Jan 9 not sure what is the reason. Then end up now is Jan 18 and I still didn't receive my package. I contacted them finally and got connected to talk a human instead of Chatbot . They told me they couldn't find my package in their warehouse and ask me to contact the merchant for replacement or file lost item. I was so upset when I hear this . They reply will speak to delivery driver but end up ghost me never got a reply from them ever again.

Great experience
I provided delivery instructions ahead of time as suggested by the GoBolt tracking page. Live tracking was helpful as to knowing when the delivery was within Toronto so that I could be home to receive the delivery in time. Delivery guy was very kind and helpful. Communication was great because the driver told me his ETA 25 mins before arrival & he actually arrived on within this timeframe. Thankfully the pathway from the truck to my condo unit wasn’t too difficult (no need for elevator access to our unit) & no damage was done in the process. My only concern is that the company should have sent two people to deliver all the boxes instead of just one (delivery was 7 large boxes for a modular couch). Otherwise, I am very satisfied with my experience.

Very slow and terrible tracking
Shipping status has not changed in days. Apparently the package is in my hometown. Help centre is useless. I guess I just have to hope it arrives at some point.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered something last year in December for Christmas and only one attempt was ever made to deliver my package. I was actually home at the time of the delivery and later on I found out the delivery was marked unsuccessful due to issues with entry. I then left clear entry instructions to get access to my apartment complex yet no attempt was ever made after the first attempt. My package is now being resent to the sender with no communication whatsoever. If I had a choice to pick a shipping company, it’d never be GoBolt.

Service delay
My schedule time is 1pm to 3pm. They called to inform my that they will be 30 minutes late. When they arrive, it's already almost 6pm. They delay is very critical.

Horrible service
Horrible service, ordered a package from a clothing store that was delivered and dropped off at the front of my building at 10PM (left outside on a New York City street) not in my lobby or at my apt door. Needless to say the package was stolen. Incredibly unprofessional parcel service and reckless with consumer delivery information. Seeking a resolution with the company, and making sure to never use this service.
