Irresponsible organization

They do not deserve the name of the bank.

When a problem with a customer occurs, the banker tries to cover it up, and when the customer can't cover it up, the bank puts the blame on the customer. However, when the customer provides evidence that the bank cannot get away with it, the bank will blame the banker for his or her own mistakes and then force the banker to quit, pretending that the bank has nothing to do with the problem and not providing sufficient assurance or responsibility to the customer.

They also threaten to libel the customer if he tries to disclose a series of facts, It is like a communist state.
