My account was hacked, and seven domains were purchased without my knowledge. I reached out to Hostinger via email, and they responded within minutes. They promptly processed my refund and helped secure my account. I’m incredibly grateful for their swift assistance—thank you so much!
I had a problem with the email accounts on my hosting plan. I initially explained the problem to the chat bot and then it was deemed necessary to have a human join the conversation. The person (Jerome) helped me and guided me step by step - the problem was resolved very quickly (there were some things that required action from both my side and theirs).
The whole experience took about 10-15 minutes and the support was very helpful and fast for which I thank them very much!
Though I still am not exactly sure why emails for a new website weren't working, something I would like to be aware of to avoid any future errors, I am grateful though to Myla for taking care of it :) As it is working fine now.
She was very pleasant and helpful.

Difficult to create website for beginner. Hostinger is only good for review website. Customer support wasn't reply sometimes.

It's your customer service that I am extremely happy with this is my sixth hosting company all because the others lacked customer service I'm not text savvy so need the extra help so I say thank you but I do have one negative don't know if it's my internet or not but my site is hard to find it comes up with error 404 alot and the security ninja for my ip address now I know I haven't tried hacking anybody so don't know why it keeps coming up. Otherwise all brilliant.

Probably best price for what you get. I hate those overrated companies with pricey services and lots of ads all around web. I want to pay for my services but not for a marketing budget. Hostinger is one of the companies that really put most efforts on technologies with the best industry price. I have 2 websites running on Premium plan more than year, I use uptime robot to trace speed and uptime, and you know what I can say you, my websites are running 2x times faster than it was running year before while I was using another well known hosting provider with twice bigger price. Thank you guys, I'm really your loyal client!

I have hosted my website on the free plan for a few years without any issues. I was impressed enough after the first two years to transfer my domain name to them and renew it directly with Hostinger. My site is very basic with low traffic, but my uptime has been excellent, with very rare outages. I can recommend their free hosting plan, and purchasing domain names through their website.

I canceled the hosting and domain name, this was $ 24 with free domain. I was canceled within 30 days and got it $ 9 back. That's mean that the domain $ 15 costs and the hosting $ 9. according to Hostinger / Hosting24.com, pure scams. If your money is worth money, then do not choose Hostinger / Hosting24.

They take your money and give you nothing! Upload something on your webspace and they say "CUP LIMIT EXCEEDED" and block your website for 24h.
And trust me DO NOT UPGRADE!!!! YOu will get the same shieeeeet again. End ends with a permanet block of your account....
GO TO SOME SERIOUS COMPANIES!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! JUST SCAMMERS!!!

They come with a universe of different domains all leading back to the same parent company. A little like byet, but worse for the service. Do not use this, not even for free hosting; unless you don't care the hidden injects, which effectively render your sources invalid and permanetly close your site to any non-Java Script devices. Before you shout: There actually are people turning the crap off - and with good reason so!

The only hosting company that started improving their services instead of downgrading. Great 24/7 support, great value for your money. If they continue to keep the standards high, soon other companies will find it hard to keep up.

My website has been deleted and taken down for exceeding CPU limit, which I find is very poor and ridiculous and I'm not able anymore to create a new hosting because the account is removed completely. I think, it's even better not to stay at this company, not creating dozens of new accounts, when they get deleted anyway and finding a new company to host on.
