The seller is unreliable and unprofessional. I purchased a pair of boots on December 20, 2024 and after one month I still have not received any information on the shipping. The seller continues to pass the buck on the shipping partner without finding a solution or even apologizing for the inconvenience caused. Very bad.

I also ordered into the EU and sometimes you get charged for import but it was already sorted out which was really great!
