I really enjoy the ready to drink meals from Huel. Cinnamon swirl is my fave flavour. I ordered a top up of my supply (two boxes) and only one box arrived. I didn’t realise it was missing until I received an email saying a refund had been processed.
I queried this with CS and spoke with Dominik - it appeared a box had been damaged and not delivered. I used to work in logistics so suggested they check if the courier can give them a report of damaged boxes to help with their CS work. Dom passed the feedback on and offered additional compensation which was very kind and unexpected.

Heel’s delivery of quality products is reliable. I would try to remember to order in a timely manner accounting for shipping that can take up to 5 business days. Overall Huel’s products have extraordinary flavor, while also having an effect of causing me to feel better because of the increased intake of plant based protein. The product tastes good. It's quick and easy so I don't have to worry about lunch or breakfast. It seems like they discontinued the instant meal. The coconut curry which is sad Cause that's the one I liked, but it happens. All in all, good products with lots of vitamins and nutrients and protein.
