Please, stay way from 247 they not professional and just want to sale their products.
I had a boiler cover with them and I took the cover for the boiler for more than 10 years old but when I had problems with not hot water almost 2 weeks ago, I was told my boiler was too old and I’m not cover and I have to pay to get it fixed.
The engineer sent over told me it can be fixed temporarily but someone will contact me to offer me a new boiler with good price.
The next day I was pushing to take new boiler and be told it cannot be repaired in their cost so I have to pay for the repair and said that I have to take a new boiler for a good price.
Staff no well trained for customer service and would listen to customer but just putting their points down.
I immediately cancel my insurance and now got British Gas and they are really good service.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM 247 THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT ALL.

I found out about Stephen through our long time friends and now our traveling companions. Stephen got back to me right away. He asked a few simple questions about what I needed. He emailed me the details of what I needed to tell him before we contacted each other again. This took a weekend and a couple of days between emails and calls. I liked the way he explained the questions to me. So I could give him honest factual answers. As it turns out for me, the insurance language is not that simple to understand. Stephen explained these questions in a cool, calm, and collected manner. His approach was very courteous and professional. He did stress to me that honesty with the answers to their questions was of the utmost importance for coverage. Stephen was very helpful to me, sending me email details about trip cancellation policies I had asked for and the necessary paper work for specialists. Options about other coverages I had asked for. Stephen also answered my other questions about things my friend told me about the variety of blue cross packages. He also told me that he has a number of different insurers he deals with. Stephen gave me various choices about different insurers and the lengths of travel times I could purchase. I never felt pressured ever to buy what I did not need or felt uncomfortable with. I liked Stephen's approach to our seeking travel / medical insurance and the different kinds that are out there. I shopped around with my own insurers and a few other different providers. Stephen came back to us with a very good solution to our needs. That was the type of coverage and the pricing. We will come back to Stephen when it comes time to renew.
