Great customer representative

I've been helped by Oualid twice in the last few months and he has been incredibly professional, quick and ready to go over and beyond what is expected of him. I had invoice and equipment questions and he resolved both issues with kindness and competence. I am very happy with his service.

Problem wasnt solved but the support man tried his damndest to help me

my xbox is having some connection issues and i called internetnord.se to see if they can help me, while the problem persisted the man on the other end who tried to help me did his best (Oualid)

He was knowledgable about what was happening and tried all to help with all the solutions he could think of and even checked with his colleauges in a different department to see if anything was wrong on the routers end.

while we didnt solve the problem as even xbox support said this was weird Oualid tried his very best and i am very pleased that he atleast gave it his all,

Friendly and professional help from Oualid

I switched internet provider to Internetnord and was first given a private IP address. I run my own webserver, SSH server and VPN, so I need an IP address that is reachable from the outside web. After I talked to customer support and they changed the configuration, I had no connectivity at all.

Oualid was knowledgable, professional, and understanding. He promised to check and call me back before lunch, which he did. The problem was with the fiber owner and not with Internetnord, but Oualid made me feel like a valuable customer all the way until the issue was resolved.

Was in que first

Was in que first, took forever and then I got hanged up on. Called a second time and asked to be called back. That went fairly quickly and once they called it was sorted in minutes.

i don't recommend

have had this internet for around a year or two now, sometimes the internet is very reliable and pretty good and other times it's almost unusable, it's pretty overpriced and i'm not the only one experiencing these kind of problems with internetbolaget
