I ordered a Taylor Swift sweatshirt in size s for my 11 year old granddaughter - I received a male size XL .. shipped from Karachi, Pakistan.
I couldn’t get a refund because of problems with my bank/the companies bank etc ... and a whole lot of lame excuses until this notice: the request exceeds our 30 day return and refund policy.
Keep away from this company!!!

I recently ordered a Princess Diana Eagle jacket I ordered it Jan 25th and received it today Feb 5th this jacket is spot on just perfect, the quality and it runs true to size I would recommend this company very highly. I had a couple of questions regarding size and customer service was excellent answered me promptly and with great advice. They also keep you updated on the schedule for delivery.

Do NOT. I repeat: Do NOT use Jacket Hub. Not unless you want to lose your money. They have $168 of mine since Dec. 6, 2024. They failed to deliver the jacket and they have not returned my money as of Feb. 5, 2025. Week after week, they keep saying "The money is refunded." But, IT's NOT. This site is fraudulent. Go someplace else!

The jacket is even better than I anticipated. The quality is surprisingly good, it fits perfectly and the price is excellent.

Ordered one for my brother as a result. One Christmas present covered!

Jason in customer service enabled me to shortcut when ordering the second jacket and saved me a lot of time.

Buyer beware!!!
Long story short -- I ordered a jacket and then the shipping date was delayed time and time again. I contacted Jacket Hub and was told there would be a 30% charge for cancelling my order.

VERY deceptive business practices. I ordered a size 36 jacket and received a size 40 jacket. First they asked if I would keep the jacket because returns are difficult due to the LA fire? Bizarre. I say no, because I didn’t buy this jacket as it is the wrong size. Then I am told the warehouse manager put the wrong size tags and the jacket is actually the correct size and that "I could even measure it." LOL WHAT IN THE WORLD. I did measure and it is most certainly a size 40. Despite all of this, they will not provide me a full refund and allow me to ship this item back. Stay far away from these people! They are full of lies and take no responsibility for their mistake.

I've waited over 2 weeks and still no information about shipping. They say it is still in the PROCESSING stage. WHY does it take 2 weeks to process. Must be getting a late shipment from Asia🤬

These people suck they scam you they don’t give you good quality clothing. They sent me a Stained item I called the minute that it was received in the mail. They are only offering me a 15% refund or wanting me to pay $40 for another size. I’m calling the Better Business Bureau The fabric of the clothing was already peeling

Beware of doing business with these guys. Website says they're based in California, but those are just middle men. Actual items ship from middle east. I ordered an item, they shipped a completely different item, and said the only way I could get my money back was to ship the wrong item back to Pakistan at my expense (which would be half the purchase price). They refused to provide return shipping. In the end they said the best they'll do was to refund half my money, which I begrudgingly agreed to. But this refund never came, as they blamed my "bank" even though I charged it on Amex. So now I'm out the whole purchase price even though it was clearly their mistake.

This is a scam company, they buy cheap copies in Asia and sell the products as original ones. They will never comply with their return policy neither.

Very poor experience. Quality is low and not anything like the photo. Products are shipped from Pakistan and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Logo on the sweatshirt peeled after wearing it indoors for only 2 hours. I've never purchased something with such poor quality! I paid over $80 buck for this thing!

Customer service guy was impossible to understand. I sent in pictures and now have to wait for "quality control" to evaluate it then I'm going to have to mail this thing back. Unbelievable. I'm pissed. I'm glad others have had a positive experience so I'm hopeful I can get my money back. This company is a joke.

They sent a product that was an imitation
and terrible quality. Though they say they can refund it, don’t bother. They won’t as they said it would be too much to return to Asia. Don’t do it!
