I thought that the first appointment with my provided was productive and thorough. I do wonder if I'm taking the right kind of medication... but it was my choice to continue the semiglutitide as my previous provider prescribed me. But my previous provided was a 2 hour drive and doing this with Mochi by video calls and online ordering is an amazing change. The convenience of that will help me continue.
I was already taking a GLP-1 med but insurance stopped covering it 1/1. I had my appointment on 1/8 with Mochi, my Dr was awesome! Very simple process (especially since I was already taking these meds I assume)
My meds arrived 5 days later! Tomorrow is my first injection so fingers crossed I have the guts to do it without the pen. My Mochi Dr was very encouraging about my worry of injecting myself.
My physician made me feel heard and understood my weightloss goals! Since my insurance just stopped covering Wegovy and left us to fend for ourselves Mochi is an excellent alternative. The compounded medication I hope will help me take control of my cravings again and get me on thr right track. Thank you Mochi!
The process has been easy so far. Signing up was a simple process, got scheduled for a consult 2 days later, the NP I saw was so kind and really listened to me. The communication is like no other, easy to reach out and great quick answers are given back. My prescription was sent in very quickly, just waiting on the pharmacy to ship. Looking forward to this journey!

Recently joined, had my Dr. appointment, nutritionist appointment, paid for the membership and the medication in full asap however I have not had any update on my medication being shipped and I will be out of my current vial in another week so i am getting nervous about the time crunch. I have reached out to Mochi and the only thing I was told was that I will be notified when the product ships! That doesn't help me get it here on time so I don't miss a dose though. Hopefully it comes soon. I would have given 5 stars if the medication could have been processed and shipped within a week as I paid as soon as the Dr. put the RX in my file but as of now I am growing concerned about the wait times of their medication. Otherwise the communication is excellent and they reply promptly, it's just too bad they can't get the meds out any sooner to their clients.

I have had trouble getting both prescriptions processed. In talking to the agents, they do not allow you to place an order for your next month of medication until your third dose out of four (once/week) but then have a policy of 14 business days to receive the medication, which is 3 weeks. So you can go 2 weeks without continuous medication. This is dangerous and ineffective and unacceptable.

Had my visit with my assigned health care provider on the 2nd, didn't even send prescription off til the 14th, now I'm being told it will arrive in 14 business days. Which means I paid for a full months membership before coming close to receiving meds. Not happy.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They took my money for 10 days on a refill and gave me zero updates. When I reached out multiple times they kept saying they were waiting on the provider, who works for them. Zero help and now zero response. Then they are charging me again for no help or no service. Ridiculous.
