Amazing Beard Care Kit - Highly Recommended!

I’ve been using the King’s Parlour Beard Care Kit, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The beard oil is by far my favorite – the scent is incredible! It’s masculine yet subtle, and it keeps my beard smelling fresh all day long. Plus, it really softens the beard, making it feel much smoother.

The beard balm is another standout. It does a great job of taming any unruly hairs and keeping everything in place without feeling heavy or greasy. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the texture and manageability of my beard since using this kit.

Used the balm from this company before but this was my first time using the shampoo and conditioner. The softness compared to my usual shampoo I used is unreal. Couldn't believe the difference of 1 shampoo to another and I'm glad I made the switch after already using the balm.

When it comes to customer service I can honestly say that King's Parlour beat all the competition.

On the the 13th of June 2024, I placed an order to restock my beard wash and conditioner (which I had allowed to run out) and I had to ensure that my beard received the best! Which is why I always come back to King's Parlour. Upon placing my order I received a confirmation email that my order had been accepted and in under 24 hours I was informed via email that the order had been shipped. On the 15th of June my order was delivered and I was so excited to finally give my beard some much needed TLC.

Upon opening the bag I saw that the conditioner had somehow opened and leaked in the bag, covering my other products with conditioner. This was a surprise to me as in the past when ordering from King's Parlour I have never had this issue with bottles opening and their contents spilling. I contacted them via Instagram DMs with pictures of what had happened, knowing full well this is not how they send out good and wanted to inform them that this is how the courier company is handling their products. I was then contacted and told that I was being issued compensation for the damage that the courier company (Evri) had done to my product, the customer service with King's Parlour is amazing they reply within minutes and in this case have gone above and beyond to ensure that the reputation of their business is never tarnished for that I am truly grateful.

I received a new bottle of beard conditioner as compensation within days of explaining what had happened and a kindly worded message the brand. This is one of the many reasons why I am a loyal customer to King's Parlour, not just because of the quality of their products but for the quality of their incredible customer service they show to their customers. I have been following them since day 1 of their journey and will continue to do so.

I have used many beard oils in the past. But kings parlour oil and balm has to be one of my favourites of all time. Even comes with shampoo,conditioner and a great beard brush. Everything all in a nice little box Perfect👌�

I can't believe how soft and fresh feeling my beard is after trying King's parlour beard wash and conditioner. It really is second to none.
The balm has such a firm hold which is great for my beard because it often wants to curl here and there.
This gift set also comes with a very slick beard brush and a beard oil I've yet to try.

First of all, the box and packaging itself was amazing; it was the presentation of the items in the nice box that made me even want to buy it before I read what all the individual items were! Delivery was quick which was a nice bonus too and I gifted it to my partner for Christmas, who was very happy with it. I would deffo recommend to male friends and also the girlies because this is a lovely set to gift your other half for sure! Thanks again King’s Parlour!
