Bought a laptop for my daughter for christmas which was faulty from day 1 I'm trying to get it replaced or refunded but just no response from the customer team I've emailed almost every day since after xmas and just no response such bad service

Kogan chuck in loads of resellers without checking its quality. Resellers put fast eta so u go buy it will end up be fooled cos the eta isn’t legit. If u thinking of buying go buy from Amazon, cos Amazon’s eta is accurate

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! These thieving scumbags don't even deserve one star. Purchased mobile plan and been waiting 6 weeks for a sim card since I placed the order. Supposedly 3 cards issued following earlier requests since then. They will NOT take responsibility, and are nothing but lying, deceitful trash all the way. STEER clear.

Kogan’s eta not legit

scammers read the fine print and do not join free membership

This is a sister company to dicksmith and have the same sly practices as dicksmith. They lure you in with free membership then when you buy something they take a $149 subscription fee out of the account without your permission. The banks even allow them to take money from an expired credit card... to contact a real person is very hard to do. Do not store your credit card details anywhere on any site as it doesn't matter if your are using a new card they can still deduct money from your old one

Kogan is a seriously fraudulant company…

Kogan is a seriously fraudulant company and you should NEVER use them! Just google them and you will see literally THOUSANDS of sites and reviews warning people about them. My bank is in the process of taking them to court right now. You have been warned!
Be especially wary of them charging you for "FIRST" membership! Once again the internet is FULL of complaints against them for this too.
I cannot understand HOW they are still allowed to operate!

Don't ever buy from Kogan

Don't ever buy from Kogan, not only their products are of poor quality but they don't have any customer service support or a number to call them in New Zealand. I have bought a defective TV and laptop and there is no way to contact them, nor they reply to messages on their website or emails. AVOID AT ALL.

Absolute thieves

Absolute thieves! Ordered a product a month ago has been stuck in Auckland with NZ Customs for two weeks.

Kogan / Yarra refuse to check on the status on why it is being held up, refuse to take any action other than replying with an automated message that states it is being held in customs and also refuses to cancel + refund which is in breach of the CGA

Operates with impunity behind a ticket-based customer care system - Had to issue a chargeback with my bank as they will not assist.

I have ordered a few items from Kogan…

I have ordered a few items from Kogan and its been a positive experience until something goes wrong. Zero support between Kogan and NZ post. Item dispatched almost a month ago and no help at all so far from either. Kogan does not even seem to have a contact number. Terrible.

Zero Response From Customer Care

Ordered USB Hub for laptop, delived to an adress in AUST not New Zealand.

Ive purchased off the Dicksmith Site multiple times and had no problem at all. however this time item sent to NSW not New Zealand.- despite multiple attempts to contact the company there has been Zero communication.

my purchase may only be a $100 order, but there are som many in the same boat.. WHOS PROFITING FROM THIS ????? not the consumers.

if I could give no stars I would !

Don't buy anything from Dick smith

Don't buy anything from Dick smith or Kogan. You will regret it.
I returned my cellphone and never got refunded. The seller and the customer didn't answer at all. The customer center website is broken and not answering.
Solve my issue. (17414284). I will spam this message until my problem is solved.

Kogan has ZERO customer support.

Kogan has built a business with ZERO customer support.
So why did I buy from them!? I saw what I thought to be a bargain. I'm an idiot, I know. Too good to be true and it usually is.
When things go wrong, and they have, there is NO ONE to talk too. You just loose your money.
Can't sue them. It'd cost more to do so.
And they just don't reply.
You also cannot contact the courier company as you don't know who they use and there is no tracking number given.
So your buying on faith alone. A really bad idea.
I'll never buy from Kogan again. DoH!

Wrong product delivered

Delivered cheap Chinese counterfeit product that arrived already broken and unusable.
Support unhelpful and after several emails back and forth simply referred me back to seller who was unwilling to exchange.
Had good experience previously but this has completely put me off their shop.
Even Aliexpress has better customer service and protection.
Won't buy there again and do not recommend.

I have sent texts to kogan over 3 days…

I have sent texts to kogan over 3 days now. They say my washing machine was delivered on Monday. It wasn't. I've been asking what's going on. Nothing. I've asked for my money back. Nothing. I can't get on to them, by phone or text. I've been with this company for 7yrs. Not any more. They have lost a very loyal customer. Don't buy from kogan .
