Took longer than id have liked to order the parts in (a whole extra week), however, absolutely delighted with the technician who gave me a call in the morning & arrived exactly on time. Repair took exactly how long he said it would and my phone has been repaired with authentic Samsung components. If anything, it performs better because of the new battery.

This is best repaire service even better than Korea samsung service.. They keep promised date and its progress. Also communication was very easy and comfortable. Can I give them 10 stars not only 5 star???

Worse warranty company I've ever dealt…

Worse warranty company I've ever dealt with. They sent me a phone that was either lost or stolen from a corporation. Refused to send me a replacement. Had to take it to a repair shop where they said it's a device issue that they cannot remove. Then they finally sent me a replacement after 2 weeks 4 hrs on the phone and driving back and forth to a repair shop.

Frustrating and Inefficient Claims Process

I am very frustrated with LikeWise Insurance. They ask for far too many different documents, and each time you submit them, it takes 2–3 days for them to reply, only to inform you that you’re still missing something. This back-and-forth is unnecessarily time-consuming and feels like a tactic to delay or avoid fulfilling claims.

I will definitely switch to a more decent and reliable mobile insurance company, even if it comes at a higher cost. LikeWise seems more focused on minimizing payouts than helping their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for hassle-free insurance.

Likewize continue to fail - more failed deliveries, a second dodgy/hacked phone.

When I broke my phone, after several failed deliveries Likewize sent me a replacement phone. This was found to fail security standards, and hence could not be used for contactless payments. The phone had been rooted or was running uncertified software.

Once I told them this, they promised to send a perfect phone the next day. It would be double checked.

The phone did not arrive as DPD did not turn up. Likewize promised it would arrive the following day.
DPD did not turn up again and returned the phone to Likewize.
Another phone was then sent and this time, miraculously, DPD managed to deliver.

And the second phone also fails to meet security requirements.

I really have to question
a) where they are getting these phones from, and
b) whether they carry out even the most basic of checks on the phones they supply
c) whether they care at all about the dreadful service they offer.

I have now spent five days waiting in for deliveries of two separate phones neither of which are running the correct Android software.

This service is a total disgrace.

UPDATE:
I have to question whether anyone from Likewize tried to contact me. The call log on my phone shows no record of this. Given the other issues with the phone this may be a phone problem, but other calls received have been logged correctly.

I have now had an email from Likewize suggesting I need to do a factory reset on the phone and check that the software is up to date. I have already done both of these things, and Google Pay/Google Wallet still show the phone as being rooted or running uncertified software. I am not prepared to waste any more time with this.

These people are worse than Allstate…

These people are worse than Allstate insurance. They will find every reason and any reason to deny your claim so don’t pay nine dollars a month and then end up getting declined after three years don’t do it.

Too long to review claims

3 days is an awful long time to review a 'proof of purchase' when you are without a phone and no information provided as to wether if my claim is accepted, what happens as I could already be ordering a new phone and be contactable.

Clear communication - happy with the service

Clear communication, prompt and efficient service. Before arriving I received text message notifications confirming the date and time of my repair. On arrival, the engineer clearly explained what was involved and how to place my phone in maintenance mode.
The phone was repaired and tested in less than an hour and handed back to me. Very happy with the service.
