Staff friendly but not pushy. Left us to browse but extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and offered helpful suggestions.

We have had the absolute worst experience with Loaf, and if I could give them 0 stars, I would. Our sofa was meant to arrive on 7th November and we still haven't received it. Our delivery date kept on being delayed and delayed and then in December we were told it wouldn't arrive until mid Jan. I called up the Loaf team and explained our situation (we were hosting our first Christmas in our new flat with elderly family and needed a sofa), we were then told they could get us a loan sofa in time for Christmas which would have been fine. However this was a lie. Having called the team up at least 5 times in December, they continued to say 'they were looking into this' and eventually Christmas came and no loan sofa had been sourced, nor were we ever told we wouldn't be receiving one. We had to cancel Christmas for the first time in our new flat as there was nowhere for our family to sit in the lounge and it was too late to order from elsewhere. Don't trust Loaf. I would recommend ordering furniture from anyone other than them.

Really helpful and attentive staff, both in the showroom and at home on the phone! Nothing was too much trouble, very reassuring as we have very tight access to the lounge in our cottage.

I have no idea why these people think Loaf Sofas are comfortable. Once sat they become hard and like sitting on concrete. You need to plump them every time you sit down then still uncomfortable. I have had feathered cushion sofas before but these are just not the same. They are so impractical and gave me aches all over. After a few months they look such a mess. I noticed even on secondhand market they don’t sell well. I would say please sit on the floor or buy a blow up bed is a much better option.

Enjoyed the whole shopping experience, plenty of appropriate distractions for the kids whilst we made our sofa choice on 3 occasions. Not once did we receive any hard selling just offers of help if needed, a very nice experience that we would recommend.
