I got the perfect logo - instantly - for my new business. The website is really easy to use, very intuitive. There was an excellent choice of colours and styles and I made my logo in about 10 minutes. Being able to purchase it in forms suitable for print and social media is brilliant. The prices are very good - looks like I spent much more on my logo than I did. I highly recommend Looka.

I originally got services from Looka to create a logo from my business. I liked that I could personalize everything for the most part however I wanted. It also will show multiple other versions of something that you create, so if for any reason you aren’t happy with your own creation, there are other mock ups or ideas based off of you logo that you can create and edit. The icing on the cake was realizing all the other things they offer like creating a website, or create email headers or business cards. It’s an all encompassing experience going through looka. I’ve enjoyed using their services and love the way my website looks. Looking forward to exploring more of their options and other services!

I regret purchasing Looka’s recommended plan, which promised “unlimited changes” but fell far short of expectations. After just a few days, I discovered that key features, like uploading my own logo, were unavailable. This limitation wasn’t made clear at the time of purchase, leaving me stuck with a product that didn’t meet my needs.

To make matters worse, customer support was virtually nonexistent. My initial inquiry through their live chat widget went unanswered, and when I tried again days later, I still received no response. The only communication I got was an automated email asking for feedback—not the support I needed. Their 7-day refund policy is incredibly restrictive, and with delays caused by their slow responses and holiday closures, I missed the opportunity to request a refund.

What’s most frustrating is that the refund policy wasn’t prominently displayed during checkout or within the product interface. It feels intentionally buried in the terms and conditions to prevent users from making informed decisions. This lack of transparency, combined with poor customer support, made for a terrible experience.

If you’re considering Looka, think twice. The product is limited, support is unreliable, and the refund policy is unfairly restrictive. I can’t recommend it for anyone who values their time and money.

Looka was easy to use and provides plenty of options to support business branding and marketing. Once my brand was trade marked I spoke with Ryan via chat and email and he quickly updated my branding to include the (R) as requested. All very simple I simply had to provide the certificate as evidence. Thank you to Ryan and the team a really great product.
