Great website very easy to negotiate and so much choice. Bedding is absolutely beautiful and beautifully made and embroidered. Very smooth and silky to the touch. My order arrived safely and quickly, packaged very well and in a nice box ideal for gifting. Would definitely recommend.

Was going to purchase but reading the negative reviews on here and the appalling response from this company actually having a go at people for leaving their honest review on how they feel and 10% refund from original price leads me to believe this is China again so thanks for the heads up people and the fact they block you from social media to protect themselves is unprofessional and not worth a risk.
Yes Chinese company stay away thanks for your response and reporting this review but social media is far more powerful so I'll go on there instead what a nasty company attitude you have I definitely won't be wasting my money on you. See you on social media idioooot

I fell in love with a bed set from Luxurier . I came across it by accident on the internet. Once I’d seen it , nothing would compare & they didn’t disappoint. This is by far the prettiest & most luxurious bedding I’ve ever bought .I will definitely buy from them in the future. Wish I could show photos of how beautiful it looks!

Last night was the most uncomfortable night of sleep I’ve ever experienced. I was so excited to wash my new bedsheets and put them on, eagerly looking forward to a cozy and restful night. However, the moment I got into bed (I usually sleep on my side), my face felt like it was resting on a surface covered with tiny grains of sand—sharp and prickly. The sensation kept poking at me until three or four in the morning. No matter how I turned, my face felt like it was being rubbed raw, leaving a burning sensation.

I was trying so hard to fall asleep but couldn’t help feeling frustrated that such expensive sheets could be of such poor quality. Since I had already washed them, I was also worried about how difficult it might be to return or get a refund. What a terrible night!

Update 12/13/2024:
I received an email from Luxurier offering 10% discount to remove my review otherwise they will pursing legal action to sue me for submitted an honest review of my experience. I believe customers deserve to hear authentic reviews about the products, and I stand by my comments. If sharing my honest experience with the bedsheets is grounds for legal action, I view the email as a threat. I will retain the bedsheets as evidence and have already taken video recordings to demonstrate the coarse cotton material and the rustling sound it produces due to its rough texture. Additionally, I will consult with a lawyer and await any further communication from the company.

This is my third order and I do not usually write reviews. My bedding sets are lovely, and look gorgeous. They do not come cheap honestly but I feel like I’m staying at a luxury hotel every night.

My new Elizabeth white set is the best I’ve ever owned. It’s soft, feels high-quality, and makes my bed look so elegant. It’s also really easy to put on and take off, which is a bonus. I wish I got the 7 pieces set but the support team told me I can buy extra pieces separately so all good.

Oh so disappointing.

I was sceptical, but glowing reviews on Trustpilot meant I placed an order. Spent over £300 on bedding.

I'm gutted at the quality. The 1000 thread count duvet set and flat sheet are bitterly disappointing. They're pretty enough. They're sewn together carefully. But each one of those 1000 threads is thinner than a spiders web. When you weave the threads together, you get a sheet which feels like sleeping under a single ply tissue. It will not last long at all before wearing through, I can practically see through it already.

I have a set of 1000 thread count bedsheets from another major bedding retailer. Had them a good few years. They're so heavy I can only put one sheet in the washing machine at a time, they get too heavy. They feel crisp and fresh still when I use them now. There's not a sign of wear on them. I know what good quality bedding is supposed to be.

This was an expensive lesson, but I have learned it well. Pretty pictures and the word 'luxurious' in the title mean very little. I could have bought bedding in TK Maxx for a quarter of this price, and the quality would have been commensurate. But at least I would have been able to feel it in advance and wouldn't have felt foolish paying so much for very poor quality. Such a shame.

Awesome bedding! Great quality. Doesn't lose colour or quality once it's been washed either. Would definitely recommend and I'll definitely be buying again! Really fast delivery too. For those complaining about how they look in the photos compared to In person, that's obviously a double bed with a super king duvet which is why is hangs over the bed so much. The colours are also slightly different because of the quality/editing of the photo. As for the quality, you get exactly what you see in the photos!

What a delightful duvet set. The Agnese Duvet Cover set arrived earlier than expected and was packaged beautifully in both a white cloth cover and separate cloth bag. The material is beautiful to the touch and the duvet cover is closed by a concealed zip rather than the usual buttons or poppers.

Arrived in a white cotton bag, the quilt cover and pillow cases are beautiful to touch, the best bedding i have ever had. It did seem expensive but worth every penny.
Will defiantly order again. The order came quite quickly too.

Website was easy to navigate from mobile. I was a little skeptical at the beginning as I don't trust a lot the ads on facebook but the whole experience has been impeccable. Very pleased with the quality, and the bedding enhances my bedroom design. Hoping to see some matching curtains soon. Overall perfect.
