Good quality clothes but not worth the asking price. Only on sale its ok. Also mind that they charge postage and fee for returns. So imagine trying to do an exchange. £5 return and another for the new postage. On top of the original postage.

I ordered 3 trousers from Muavais, they all where a bit too big so I sent back for an exchange, but have not received the exchange package despite receiving an email saying its been delivered! I've not received anything and when i contacted Muavais about this they said they need to do a 30 day investigation, it's been way more than 30 days and now they are ignoring all my emails and not responding at all regarding the missing package that I have not got! Really unhappy and I just want my refund at this point!

If anyone can help my order number is 288159

Update: issue wasn't resolved, and was sent a replacement package but the items do not fit and they are not letting me exchange or send them back so now I've got 3 trousers that are just going to waste as they do not fit

Charged £11.10 for Taxes and Shipping and £5.00 if you want to return. Be careful when ordering it could cost more than you thought.

£5 to return items is an absolute joke.

Returns are usually free and don’t mind a few quid charge now and again but £5 is just ridiculous

Terrible Service!

I ordered 3 trousers from Muavais, they all where a bit too big so I sent back for an exchange, but have not received the exchange package despite receiving an email saying its been delivered! I've not received anything and when i contacted Muavais about this they said they need to do a 30 day investigation, it's been way more than 30 days and now they are ignoring all my emails and not responding at all regarding the missing package that I have not got! Would give zero stars if possible.

Would give zero stars if possible.
I ordered my son some shorts which were awful when they arrived.
The material was thick and hard and uncomfortable, nothing like the picture.
It cost me 5.00 to return them and they then also took another 5.00 for the price of delivering them from the refund.
I am now 10.00 out of pocket . I am not in the habit of returning items but these shorts were awful.
Il never order from this site again.
Please be aware of this when you order anything, had I of known I would not have used this site.

Customer service for this company is…

Customer service for this company is awful. I ordered in August and my order was apparently delivered but the photo was a back gate - I live in a maisonette so don’t have a back gate and this is 100% clear on google maps.

I raised this with them and they told me I’d need to wait 30 days for them to raise a claim with the courier.

It’s been well over 30 days and I’ve not heard from them at all - I’ve had to reach out to them to get any update and all I’ve been told is that they’ve not heard anything from the courier but are chasing it up.

It’s been over a month, Ive not got the product I ordered and I’m £50 out of pocket. All I want is the refund I am owed as their courier did not deliver the parcel to my house which as I’ve said is 100000% clear from the photo the courier has taken of the delivery.

For the 3rd time MAUVAIS - the photo on the delivery is a back gate? I live in a maisonette, I have one door, a front door and the photo is not my front door. Google maps will show this. Why should I have to wait for you to get an update from Royal Mail when it is clear they have not delivered the order to me?

If I don’t have the refund by the end of the day, I’ll be forced to raise a chargeback with my bank as this is becoming ridiculous.

UPDATE - 8th October

AS I EXPLAINED IN AN EMAIL TO YOU THIS MORNING - I do not want a replacement or a gift card from your company when your customer service is this bad.

You can see from google maps - even the Halton council website that I live in a flat/masionette I don’t have a back garden I don’t know how many times I have to explain that to you. The photo Royal Mail have taken is a garden gate - please do explain what proof that is that this was delivered to my address?

For the one millionth time - I do not have a garden. Royal Mail have not delivered this to me. I want my refund. If you don’t refund me by the end of the day, I’ll simply raise a chargeback with my bank because you have been no help.

Returns Cost

I have to say the product was pretty good but, as it is an online shop and you can’t try it on, I’m shocked that they charge for returns!
Normally I would order 2 sizes of an item as I’m between sizes so that means I want order from them unless that changes.

Will not receive goods or response

Ordered a couple of shirts, they were never dispatched or received. Contacted their Customer Service team, waited for 2 weeks and got no response. Left with no choice but to report to credit card company to get a refund

They'll then pop on here, pretend they care and ask for details of your order and then still not get back in touch with you

Bad sizing and even worse return policy

I wanted to try out the products on my own instead of believing all these negative reviews, unfortunately I agree with the other reviews now. The shorts I ordered were way too small compared to other ones I own. The return policy is even worse, the price to return is more than the price I paid for the product, which forces you to keep it.. The full product wasn't even visible in the pictures I noticed after receiving the order. The best they could do was offering a 10% discount as a pardon, which is the same discount everyone receives when applying to the newsletter. I don't recommend this shop!

Customer service - appalling!

As you can see from below the customer ratings aren’t great. I will add to this!

I personally have been a customer for a couple of years spending 100s of pounds on Mauvias.

One problem & they have shown their true colours.

Appalling customer service, no help, no resolution and I’ve had to just say forget it.

I was sent an item which was damaged on the material…. After endless emails they still haven’t resolved this. As I say I’ve given up…. Will take my business elsewhere.

Great clothes and customer service

I am so glad i found this clothing brand online. Have ordered numerous items and all of them have been stylish, good quality and a great fit.
Customer service for any questions or returns have been speedy. Only slight gripe I have is the charge for returns which I understand but would be great if this was then credited against future purchases to increase customer loyalty for example.

Absolutely scammed they did not deliver my package then blamed Royal Mail after doing nothing for 1 month leaving me without my money or my item, this company is a scam who only want your money and couldn’t care less about its customers

When Royal Mail delivers your items, we always request photographic proof of delivery and GPS confirmation from them. If there are any issues with a delivery we always ask our couriers to carry out further investigations, which we can then use to inform us on how to proceed.
