Can’t say enough great things about this company / brand. I’ve purchased from them in the past and the quality of their clothing has been top tier. Aside from that, their customer service is fantastic! I recently had an issue with one of my orders (user error) and they responding swiftly and assisted me with no questions asked, ensuring that my order arrived on time in advance of my trip. Will definitely continue to support them!
I made an order on Feb 3rd, today’s Mar 18th and I have not received anytging yet. I have sent many emails requesting my money back but they seem not to care. I wish I could upload screenshots so people don’t fall into this company.

Well my delivery didn't arrive on time (it was only a day late). When it arrived I was impressed with the packing, detail to attention and most importantly the quality of the product.
On contacting Mauvais, they replied promptly and were both helpful and professionally, and settled the situation in an appropriate and helpful manner. I will most certainly use them again. :-)
Good quality and very beautiful but I wish they should make the up and down of the clothes same price not different.

Ordered from the Netherlands. Arrived within 4 days and without an extra unexpected payment at the border (price includes all duties and taxes). Ordered a 2 piece set which are both of high quality. Definitely ordering again.

I’ve order from here before and remembered liking the fit and clothing style.
However I ordered on Monday and paid for same day dispatch it has now been 5 days since the order was made and I have had zero response from the support team and no idea where my parcel is.
I am really disappointed as i wanted the outfit for this weekend but now it’s looking like it won’t arrive in time. What’s made the experience a lot worse is not having any communication from the Support team.
I won’t be ordering again which is a shame because the clothes are good quality and reasonably priced. However delivery expectations and updates are not up to par.

Because you run out of inventory so fast, you should increase the number of items you produce. Also, returns should be free.

so i like mauvais i do. nice clothes good fit i guess for the general person however im short so needed to taper up my tops, tbf i havent had to do that for other clothes I buy top wise.
The problem is the material on my trousers is bobbling up already after only one wash, which is disappointing.

Clothes are of excellent quality, If you wear Xl in regular shirts get the 3Xl only if it says slim fit. The regular Xl is good otherwise.

The exchange policy is unreliable. My package took like a month just to come and the items seem to go missing. The communication between the store is non-helpful.

I ordered some shorts that I sent back as, weren’t the type of material I thought they were. But it cost me £10 for delivery and to return. 25% of the cost of the item is scandalous, I wont be using them again

From the moment I said I needed to return my new Mauvais T-shirt because I wanted to change it for a bigger one, Jack Meaker from the Customer Service Team was "on the case"! He explained how to send the first one back and then he arranged to send out my new one - all in the matter of a couple of days. The guy was "top drawer" and a real credit to the Mauvais brand. In fact, his assistance has prompted me to get back online and order some shorts to match! :-)
