Maya's support is outstanding. I have tried other eSIM providers and have never experienced such prompt and useful support. I once needed their help connecting my eSIM whilst in a foreign airport. They were instantly in touch with me and resolved the issue brilliantly. Maya is my go-to eSIM provider wherever I travel.
Used Maya mobile many times in the past without any network issue, however my last trip with Maya network was not very good, when I complained the team was so good that they fully refunded me straightway. I will give Maya mobile another try on my next trip.
Worked very well for a trip to New Zealand. Delivered exactly what they said it would. Unfortunately, got charged for extra month after the contract expired. Got in touch with Steven on customer chat and he fixed it immediately.
Have used it for Asia and Europe and has worked flawlessly. Very cost effective and you get data which is all you need when you land. Had a recent issue when needed to change the phone and the eSIM cannot be transferred but the support immediately issued a new eSIM and was setup in minutes. They even offer Global eSIMs now which was missing earlier. I would only say go for it.

Their customer support is exceptional—Jesslyn responded to my query promptly and provided clear, helpful guidance regarding my eSIM setup.
Although the eSIM is data-only, they were transparent about its functionality, and I appreciate the flexibility it provides for using apps like WhatsApp and Wi-Fi Calling. The internet speed is reliable, and I have experienced no connectivity issues so far.

I followed all the instructions to a tee for both me and my husband (he bought one for his phone too); mine worked very well while away in NZ; his did not!!!! I was easily able to text, e mail and make local phone calls… or so I thought…. I was charged $16.00 /day for 7 separate LOCAL NZ phone calls of under a minute.
My husband could not use either of his lines… frustrating.

I used Maya esim for a trip to Australia & it was faultless. I paid £10.99 for 5gb for 30 days.
As it happened I only used .88gb for our stay but wherever we were in Sydney & Melbourne we always had an excellent connection with Yes Optus.
We will definitely use again for our trip to Canada & Florida later this year.

For the first time my eSim didnt work on arrival. After a lot of searching I found I needed to create a new APN called globaldata. When this was done the esim instantly connected to the data network. However I have never had the need to do this before , and I have had several of your eSims. This caused me issues as I was stuck at the airport and unable to call a Uber.

Not good for Bali and Lombok. Paid like 30euros for super slow internet. Loading images on google takes forever. Streaming not possible and local sim for 38GB would only have been like 6 euros!

Not happy with the company. Took me hours to get my issue fixed, nobody called me when I asked, I've lost part of a day in the beginning of my trip as I didn't have internet to go around. No compensation from their end...
