Awful customer service
Awful customer service.
Purchased a vacuum cleaner over 3 weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. 1st delivery I had no notification, was told DHL was going to deliver it, which was completely incorrect, so missed the delivery as I wasn't notified. After emailing Miele and getting the actual tracking details for the company, I re-booked the delivery.
Second delivery I booked a day off work to make sure I was there for the delivery, they just didn't turn up. Advice from Miele:
'Using the tracking record link I already sent you, it is tped the delivery failed without shown any explanation
In the red bottom on the top of the page, you can reschedule the delivery, we suggest to do it.

Rebooked the delivery, and now today, it hasn't arrived again. End up calling the delivery company myself, and spend about 2 hours navigating until I talk to CFO of the delivery company. Turns out Miele has put neither the number of my flat, nor my phone number on the delivery.
I have now been promised the delivery for Monday by the delivery company.
Main reason I bought an item from Miele is due to the quality of the customer service. Fair to say I feel it hasn't been remotely worth the money spent so far.
