Marvellous Miele

I am delighted with my multi functional oven and warming drawer. The oven makes cooking simple and a pleasure. One could even do without a hob! (I love my hob too!) However, it does require a careful read of the guide book (and free recipe book) and some practice. True, perhaps, the warmer drawer isn't a fundamental piece of kitchen equipment but it is useful to keep plates/food warm while the oven is being used for steaming/sous vide.
As far as Customer Service is concerned I cannot comment as I have never needed assistance. I would hope it is as good as their products.

could be better

The display of the various models on the website is a bit confusing.

Great customer service via chat (very quick even on a Sunday!)

For a premium brand like Miele it's ridiculous to not accept American Express for (pretty substantial) payments....

Awful customer service

Awful customer service.

Purchased a vacuum cleaner over 3 weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. 1st delivery I had no notification, was told DHL was going to deliver it, which was completely incorrect, so missed the delivery as I wasn't notified. After emailing Miele and getting the actual tracking details for the company, I re-booked the delivery.

Second delivery I booked a day off work to make sure I was there for the delivery, they just didn't turn up. Advice from Miele:

'Using the tracking record link I already sent you, it is tped the delivery failed without shown any explanation

In the red bottom on the top of the page, you can reschedule the delivery, we suggest to do it.

I hope this can help.'

Rebooked the delivery, and now today, it hasn't arrived again. End up calling the delivery company myself, and spend about 2 hours navigating until I talk to CFO of the delivery company. Turns out Miele has put neither the number of my flat, nor my phone number on the delivery.

I have now been promised the delivery for Monday by the delivery company.

Main reason I bought an item from Miele is due to the quality of the customer service. Fair to say I feel it hasn't been remotely worth the money spent so far.

Dear Mr Coulson, you are absolutely right. This order has several delivery problems and has not respected the standard delivery times. Unfortunately, this was a system error (occasional and localized) and the data were not transmitted correctly to the courier. We could certainly solve the issue better and sooner. We have changed the guarantee start date in our system (17.07). You will receive an additional guarantee certificate by email, activated by us for free. We will monitor the delivery and coordinate with the courier for next week.
We renew our apologies and in few days you will be satisfied with the purchased product.

I ordered a tumble dryer from Miele.it…

I ordered a tumble dryer from Miele.it on 1 December and I am still waiting for it. I am not getting any joy from the website who ask how they can help - apparently tracking orders is not their job. The delivery company are not contacting me. Currently Miele.it have €1200 of my money and I have no product and apparently no way of chasing delivery of it. I have reached a dead end.
