Bought a battery with them and it still…

Bought a battery with them and it still hasn't shipped :( Expected better for the prices.

edit: after leaving a negative review, the owner of this business cold-called my phone number at 9pm (I did not answer) then cancelled my order. I found what I needed for a better price and faster shipping elsehwere, with no excuses. to this day, the experience sticks with me

Don't buy from them. Their products don't work as advertised and no customer service.

I have 2 Segway G30P units and their remote control shut off claimed to work with them. I received their project but they don't work. They make the Segways act funny when connected and turn off. I sent them an email over a week and half and they did not respond. I then used their online chat to which I asked if they knew of the issue and if there was no fix how can I return the items. They say their tech believe Canada has speed limiting firmware which interfere with their remote units. So I ask if they have a fix and if not how can I return them. They don't respond. I left it for two days and asked again and they respond saying they don't have many people in the office to get to my reply. Done with them. I don't recommend buying anything from this company unless you like throwing your money away.

Shipping costs are very expensive, no customer-service

Shipping costs are very expensive
and not available untill you order
Preparing takes over 5 businessdays
Shipping is very slow
If you ask questions bij mail and chatbot, you do not get answer, they even cancelled part of my order, do not know why, the same item is still on sale on their website... but I will not order it again, the shipping costs are almost equal to the prince of the item...

Terrible service.

I ordered a product from More4Motion two days ago.

I couldn't order by myself due to a problem with the website that didn't allow my shipping address so I had to contact customer support (who apparently was chatting with my while driving 😑) to make me a custom order so that I can place it.

The price for the piece of plastic was about $29, and the shipping was another whopping $25, but I paid it nonetheless because the operator went out of his way to create a custom order for me.

Their website states that the order will usually ship within 1 business day, so 2 days later once the order hasn't shipped I contacted them asking why it hasn't shipped, and the same operator told me that the warehouse has 48hrs to ship the orders (and it has already been 48 hours). He then proceeded to CANCEL my order, claiming I was "so impatient" and saying that we should "save our nerves".

Yes, this is what they choose to do once you have an issue with your order. Instead of providing a solution - they will cancel your order and insult you for attempting to get what you've ordered.

Don't buy.

They don't show shipping costs

They don't show shipping costs before you give in your personal details. Nowhere on the site can you find what shipping costs going to be. The company is based in Latvia. Be aware that shipping within the European union costs €18 for a small economy shipping package of under 1kg. That's crazy expensive!
