Terrible service.
I ordered a product from More4Motion two days ago.
I couldn't order by myself due to a problem with the website that didn't allow my shipping address so I had to contact customer support (who apparently was chatting with my while driving 😑) to make me a custom order so that I can place it.
The price for the piece of plastic was about $29, and the shipping was another whopping $25, but I paid it nonetheless because the operator went out of his way to create a custom order for me.
Their website states that the order will usually ship within 1 business day, so 2 days later once the order hasn't shipped I contacted them asking why it hasn't shipped, and the same operator told me that the warehouse has 48hrs to ship the orders (and it has already been 48 hours). He then proceeded to CANCEL my order, claiming I was "so impatient" and saying that we should "save our nerves".
Yes, this is what they choose to do once you have an issue with your order. Instead of providing a solution - they will cancel your order and insult you for attempting to get what you've ordered.
Don't buy.
