We have a Otium, when we first filled the spa it leaked really badly so drained and checked all the connections. We found a couple of loose fittings so tightened and refilled. It still weeped a bit but worked okay for 5-6 months. then the heater went. changed the heater and it worked for another couple of months before we got the dreaded F1 code for filter. Drained again, and sent away for service. It was returned after getting a through clean. Filled again and of course its leaking so drain couldnt find any loose fittings so refilled, still leaking but would put up with it. Turned on, for one day and what a surprise but got the F1 fault. This time lots of little grey particles clogging up the system which I think are bits of plastic.
we had a cheap Layzee spa before this for 4 years with no issues at all. So I think this is going in the tip and back to layzee spa.

Very bad after sale service, extremely poor communication to customers (they don't answer emails neither phone calls). We had issues with the delivery : took almost 2 months to get our whirlpool after our order! And it's only because I pushed it so hard!! After 2 summer of use, the engine dies off! Incredible. And of course no warranty anymore, no support of mspa whatsoever, no answer to any of our emails or phone calls. In conclusion, really wasted money: bad products, bad services. To avoid absolutely!
waste of money bought the mspa oslo £2000 had nothing but issues customer service is terrible this is the 2nd time having to send the control panel back to them they will not give me a replacement when its clearly faulty im done with it all dont waste your money
At first I was delighted, soon after thee problems began, first the pump. Finding customer service was almost impossible after a week of effort I finally found a replacement pump. Next the inflatable starts losing air. Pin hole air leaks in the upper blader. Again customer service, around in circles for a month. Finally an offer for a replacement inflatable at 85% of the initial price. DON'T DO IT!!!

one star is too much for this company
one star is too much for this company. We were really pleased at first but the hot tub ended up having multiple problems. It had to be packed up to return but the problems were never fixed and in the end I have lost the will to fight with customer services any more

Exceptionally poor design
Exceptionally poor design, not water proof in anyway and failed after being splashed. Not economical to raplace PCB and controller. When inspecting the internals I could not believe to total lack of sealing in this system. PCB tracks corroded, water in main unit, controller had water ingress. These systems are not fit for pupose.

Terrible spa
Terrible spa. Don't waste your money. Had a lay z spa for years. Packed up after buying 3 new eggs for it (control unit) so decided on the MSPA Soho after reading (what I now believe to be fake reviews) raving about them. After exactly 2 years it packed up showing Error code 1. Didn't know at the time we could have paid £80.00 for a new control panel so sold it for parts. Decided to buy another new one as we had already bought the thermal cover etc for our old MSPA. Big mistake, this one also packed up after 2 years same error code 1. Sent to get it repaired by MSPA in Hockley. We packed it up and boxed it up and it was collected but HERMES (enough said). After 6 weeks we chased up MSPA Hockley who advised they had never received it ??
So if we hadn't chased it we would still be waiting! Basically after they chased it up it turns out it was lost/stolen from the warehouse at HERMES. MSPA Hockley arranged for a brand new MSPA to be sent out with complimentary gifts, fair enough. Dealt with a lady called Shannon Page who advised as it was brand new the Spa would automatically have a new 2 year guarantee and not to worry as they had it on their systems as to when we got it. Sadly after 18months packed up AGAIN! Same error code every time. We phoned Dave at Hockley in customer Service Repairs who advised to get a new RCD. We paid £20.00 for that and great it worked. After one use it packed up again!! Same error code 1. After half an hour waiting we speak to Dave yet again who advised change filters, check water level etc etc. Did it all, nothing still dead. Now we are being told no warranty and we now have to pay another £60.00 AND the parts EVEN THOUGH THIS TUB IS ONLY 18 MONTHS OLD! and Shannon Page has left and no idea about the guarantee, we are only a repair service. Now I am talking to Mary Lu in China! Who apparently is the only person in the HEAD OFFICE! She said (and I do have the e.mails) that as we are Key Customers she will ensure all the parts and labout are paid for and she will inform Hockley Service Centre (yep you guessed it she never did) and strangely enough ignored all of my subseqeunt e.mails (10 in total). Phones Hockley (holding for another 1/2 hour) only to be put through to some god awful woman who advises that they are nothing to do with MSPA ???? only repair them. I give her the history and basically get told sorry if you dont pay it wont get repaired, starts shouting and yelling at me down the phone at which point I advised her to calm down (absolutely no customer service skills at all).
Paid the £60.00 for the collection/repair on 13th June, after 3 e.mails and umpteen phone calls on hold it still has not been collected! She is probably deliberately ignoring us.
Above all I would say if you want a quality spa, thats reliable with a bonafide guarantee and good customer service DO NOT BUY AN MSPA. The aftercare is appalling and that's when you can actually speak to someone. Meanwhile my tub is sitting gathering dust and will probably be consigned to a museum by the time it gets collected!

Cheap parts, poor design.
Not impressed. Someone recommended m-spa to me so spent some inheritance money buying a Tepako 4+2. It worked well for a while, then the motor failed. Had is sent back twice under warranty which then honored although it was a faff taking out the unit and boxing up, then being without it during the prime part of the year. It was lagging at the end of last season but you can't inspect without totally draining it. So Just got it out again this year and made sure drain connection was tightly fixed. Started leaking again pretty soon and now getting F1 code to check filters are clean, which they are. Decided to drain again and have a look myself as now out of warranty. There is water visible in the elects which is worrying. Probably not woeth sending back and paying to get it fixed as the mechanics on this are so cheap and poorly designed. Why can't you access the main unit without fully draining it and turning it upside down??! It's a shame as the rubber pool is quite decent. Definately not worth the money. It's useless now after 2 seasons, and it's been repaired twice!!!! Also the digital display is really hard to read in daylight. Only gave it 2 stars because they honored the return, and the pool part is quite nice. Overall though poorly designed and with cheap parts...

Terrible product
Terrible product. Used for 2 months, packed away (as outlined) when we unpacked to put up in Spring. Wouldn't go on. Big run around to "send parts", instructions etc that we had to pay for ourselves. Product remained defective, they stopped responding. Customer service brutal and now a big bulky piece of garbage we can't dispose of properly.

Absolutely crap
Absolutely crap! Customer service was the worst I ever saw! Product nothing but a waste of money. They actually wanted my spa back that I was going to dispose of to have back for parts. What a joke!

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Bought a Tekapo 3 years ago. We only use it in the summer, therefore it is cleaned, dried and packed away during the winter. It has gone wrong twice during this time. On one occasion the temp was set to 38, our grandchildren were about to get in. We always test the temp manually before they do, It was incredibly hot. When tested with a thermometer - it was 48! The children would have been scolded. DO NOT BUY MSPA. They are unreliable. Customer service is non existent. AVOID AVOID AVOID

2nd review for crap Spa.....
So this my 2nd review as my first one was last year. I basically used my spa for 5 weeks and it kept showing error 1, cut a long story short ZERO customer service just VERY rude saying its how I was using it, even a hair can cause it to error as the pumps are sensitive....No sorry its faulty not fit for purpose if its that sensitive no one would be able to prevent a hair or anything else from going through the pump. I sent it back 3 times last year so had the faff of posting rhe control board and all the water filling draining etc. They just kept saying oh it's fine here it's your electrics nothing we can do.. .I got trading standards involved but they refused to mediate funny that!!!! So on getting it out this year to try I took it to a friend's and plugged it in to their socket that is in an industrial huge barn so using very high voltage equipment and surprise surprise it did Error 1 again.... So M SPA you are a bunch of no hopers, zero telephone manner and customer service you just take peoples hard earned money and your guarantee is not worth the paper its written on.....well done 5 star rip off merchants!!!!! Shysters.......

Disgusting Company
Disgusting Company
My parents purchased a £800 spa to alleviate their pain including arthritis.
The spa control unit broke showing an error in December 2021.
We FINALLY got through to the warranty department in Feb 2022 due to lack of retailer communication.
Since Feb my parents have been repeatedly fobbed off, promised things that don't follow through. My parents unit got picked up last month after they promised several times to pick the unit up, 2 weeks later they received their "unit" back which was in very very poor condition and absolutely not my parents unit as my dad marked it to check he received his unit back. This second unit showed the same error! We were promised several calls that didn't happen we finally called and got through to someone who was rude and asked what my parents expected staff to do if they were off ill? That excuse wasn't good enough for the last 4 months!
A lady said she would help and get the second unit picked up and a brand new unit delivered. NO UNIT. NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION FOR 2 WEEKS. We sent several emails, finally got a call and by someone who didn't have a clue what was going on, then another guy came on the phone and asked to give him the evening to read up on the case and promised to call today. Surprise NO CALL! A company that tells you their first priority is you but can't even make a promised call is an absolute joke! My parents have had their empty spa sat in their garden for months with a warranty they paid for and no spa to use. My mum has been so stressed and pushed to the limit with this she can no longer email or call because she just starts crying. They have been treated so disgustingly and the company should be ashamed of their selves. They get the customers money that's all they care about any problems then forget about it. Avoid this sham of a company. Warranty means nothing.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service
I purchased a brand new £800 Mspa hot tub late summer last year. The air supply pipe broke and I had to contact the warranty department which are not helpful or reliable. The pump unit was returned under warranty at the beginning of this year. When the pump unit was returned it was smashed and had to be returned again. When I received the pump unit back the warranty department has used an old housing to repair my brand new pump unit which I was not happy about. I had to contact the warranty department again, and finally they promised me a brand new unit within a month. I’m still waiting for the unit, and I haven’t been able to use the hot tub since January 2022. This is not acceptable and I now want a full refund as the warranty department won’t answer any of my emails. I would not recommend Mspa or the warranty department as I would give them 1 out of 10. Poor service and don’t deliver on their email or promise, I’ve now missed 6 months of use, not a good company.

Mspa mono
This is twice I'm having to send it back for repair. First time the ozone generator stopped working at 1mth old. Got a 2nd hand not mine unit sent back to me and after 1 mth I am now getting f1 error and filter pump motor not turning on. For something I paid $2000 for I am not happy. Also on website and box it says 40c but mine refuses to go above 38c :( Don't buy until they have fixed the control boxes!!

What was bought to relax in actually causes more stress waste of money and time.
Had the hottub 2 years, only been used a number of times and put away in the winter months.
I've already had to send back the motor for repair, just get it back out for the summer and yet again another problem beyond repair so either pay out for a new motor or in the bin it goes. Don't bother wasting your money.

Stay away
Terrible!! Avoid at all costs. Had E1 errors twice in less than 16 months and was packed away for 7 months! Terrible customer service and had it repaired and then told repairs are only guaranteed for 3 months when the same problem occurred. I will never buy from these again. They sell at a cheaper price only to rob you on repairs and other services. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Two seasons - not bad value
I have had a Soho for two seasons. Love the design and overall worked well. Issues of E1 in season one but I now know that was largely due to operator error. The bladder was poor and over two seasons had to replace twice. At beginning of second season had problem with seal in pump (had dried up in winter but sorted with help from friend. ). Now at end of second season it has got a puncture/failed seem. Don't intend to repair but will look for offers over the winter for a new one (not necessarily Mspa). Paid about £700 for two years fun. Not bad value, but will look for higher quality next time.
