I’ve ordered from them a couple of times. Everytime, I got exactly what I asked for, wonderful plushie of great quality.
After a shipping mishap, they were able to help me get a replacement in great time.

I bought the autism plushie on 30th of December, expecting it to arrive a month or so later due to new years and demands! (I'm also in new Zealand) But to my surprise it came super fast! About less than 2 weeks after it was shipped it arrived around the 11th of jan. It was the most amazing quality plushies ive ever purchased, it's fur is super soft and it's ears are Soo long, it was bigger than expected too. It came with a cute pen which I now use for journaling, and the tote bag I bring with me for shopping.

I did have an issue 3 days later of receiving the package, the bunny's back neck had a hole! Thankfully my mum was able to repair him good as new, I reached out to support and Martin was incredible, he gave me a slight refund for the inconvenience, which I found lovely and made my day!

Thank u to the community and the company for your hard work with these plushies, I will be buying again soon! (⁠つ⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)⁠つ

I ordered the Victorian McGee Cheshire Plush as a personal christmas gift because I was a big fan of the Alice Madness Returns game as a kid. However, there was a mailing issue and I was really bummed it wouldn’t arrive. I reached out and was connected with Martin who was a tremendous help in getting the plush sent back out to me, safe and sound! I love the soft quality and detailed design of the hand sewn plush and highly recommend getting one if you can!

I LOVE MY OCD BUNNY

I recently bought myself the OCD bunny V2 and I adore him...He's soso soft and cute and well-made, the customer service was perfect and it didn't take too long to arrive which is great because I live in South Africa. He came very nicely packaged and came with a really beautiful tote bag and 4 adorable pierced bunny bandaid stickers. Even the tape used to wrap up the package has a cool design. Martin was really sweet and friendly when helping me with my order. Will def buy more Mysterious products in the future!

My husband ordered me the Chiari bunny. Short time between ordering and receiving. The packaging is absolutely fantastic. And the bunny itself is gorgeous. So soft and so well made.

So I got the yellow autism spectrum bunny maybe half a year or more ago, and just recently bought my Tourette syndrome bunny, and what I noticed was that the TS bunny is rather smaller than the autism bunny. In addition to this, there is less stuffing, which is a little sad, I think that the autism bunny is 10/10 but would say the TS bunny is like 8/10. I don’t know of this is purposefully or maybe a design change for cost measures but I feel that for the price I would like my bunnies to be stuffed more.

I'd like to give a special thank you and shout out to Martin for his help and fantastic customer service. My Strawbunny arrived very quickly, especially for something shipped to Australia. she was very well packaged. She is adorable- very well made, I love the details on her design (the green at the bottom of her tail, the seeds on the ears, her heart-shaped paw pads) and inexplicably soft. The Strawbunny bag is also decently sized, I plan to use it it for my Switch. I look forward to purchasing more things from Plushie Dreadful, for myself and as gifts.

I ordered two of these plushies for my grandson for Christmas. One was delivered no problems, to my Son's PO Box. The other was returned as the addressee had moved with no forwarding address. I contacted Customer service, and they traced the package and saw where it was being returned to them. He resent the plushie to me with no problems. His name is Martin and he was very helpful. Of course, my grandson did not get the plushie in time for Christmas, but he is happy anyway.

These are so cute 🥰 Beautifully made. It's the meaning in the making of them that make them so very special. My daughter bought me Pisces and, even at my age, I find it so comforting. I find it really helps with my anxiety, yet I can't explain why. It just does 🙂

I got what I asked for in really good condition, the plushies look amazing and all pretty much like they're displayed (whether it be on the website or on their YouTube, etc.) even though they're HANDMADE.
My packages all arrive pretty quickly for the long shipping distance as well.
The plushies do look smaller on the website than they're in general.
Definitely NOT overpriced in my opinion, though I've heard others complain about the price. (One shall not forget that they're handmade and they put a lot of thought into the designs and the materials to use as well!)

Customer service helped me reorder a stolen package and stayed in contact with me. Martin, the one I had contact with, was understanding and quick to respond. 10/10 the plushies are adorable and creative.

My boyfriend gave me the insomnia moth rabbit plush as a Christmas gift. I absolutely love her! She is very cute, well-made, and durable. As someone who has insomnia, I love her design. I cannot recommend her enough.

I got my precious Sickle Cell Disease bunny and I just adore everything about them! Lost a star for two untucked strands but four stars for fantastic design, precious soft fiber, and good weight.

I fell in love with these unique bunnies while poking around online. While the price tag was an initial shock for a plushie, I started to understand once I looked into how much planning/design goes into each one. I received my bunnies yesterday and I could not be happier...they are PERFECT! They are just as pictured on their website and are so soft. I am already planning on another order.

The plush was of great quality and looks fantastic, as always from Plushie Dreadful, but I want to take a moment to discuss their customer service. My first bunny was lost in the mail and I was put in touch with Martin. From the moment we began speaking, he was a perfect professional and kept up prompt correspondence, even checking in over the Thanksgiving weekend. He arranged for a second bunny to ship, and it made it in the nick of time, right before Christmas. I cannot praise him highly enough for his demeanor and service skills, he deserves something nice. 10/10 product and service.

Simply incredible. I live in a country, where they don't ship. Once asked about this, they agreed to set up a private shipment without additional payment! The support was quick to answer, respectful and really helpful and patient. Never was a fan of their product and did it only for a friend, but I couldn't overstate, how much more I appreciate them as business now.
