First, I did not receive a notification about the arrival of my order, so I thought that it never arrived. I called the customer service, who was very helpful. They told me that the order had arrived but I was not informed about it. They sent me details and I was able to pick up the parcel. I appreciate the way that the MyTrendyPhone team proactively addressed the issue and even contacted me with a suggestion to refund me. It looks like a mistake occurred on the side of the delivery service.

I did not try to install the protection screen yet, but I believe that it will be just fine.

Product was what I hoped for. Even though it came mid-Europe warehouse and made in China, it had instructions that Temu products don't have. I was hoping European product because of the price was kinda much but quality wasn't like a sweatshop products have. This had pretty good quality. Would buy again if needed something cover and they don't sell them in my country.

No product, no refund.

Ordered a product that was available and it stated on the site that "This item will be sent out the same day". Placed the order at noon and expected to get the product in 1-2 day. After 1.5 days I got an email that My Trendy Phone is waiting for the product. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but got no answer from their "customer service".

The next day, I got an email that MTP have received the product and it will be sent out in a couple of days. When I again contacted the "customer service" they replied that they cannot cancel tje order anymore because it has been packed already.

They told me to return the product, I declined because I had tried to cancel the order for days. They said then that the product will return automatically, and it will be refunded.

Now Klarna is still trying to bill me for this. DO NOT BUY FROM MY TRENDY PHONE.

Product was what I hoped for

Does not respect GDPR

Does not respect GDPR. Even though, I did wish not to order any marketing email, they did use it for it anyways. Delivery okay, but nevertheless, maybe revise your marketing strategy.

Absolutely irresponsible company

Absolutely irresponsible company. Sells you phone gadgets cheaply, alright. Then you get bad product, seriously badly made, broken out of the box. Then you fill in RMA. Then you get email to return the product, accompanied with a "return code". Then you go to Post office and given code is non-existent. Then you write them back. Then you get new code (shorter format) and they ask you to fill in another RMA and describe the problem.
Savages.

Unprofessional phone repair and…

Unprofessional phone repair and warranty repair processing. Mytrendyphone invoices the customer for warranties and, in addition, for repairs. The repair already took 4 months. Customer service and repair analysis is amateurish. I stay away from these money makers. the pictures used to justify the guarantee that the repair is not reimbursed are unclear and the causal connection is unclear. There is no answer to what was repaired on the phone before it broke. The phone was repaired and it quickly failed again and the customer is not compensated for anything. it's either a lack of unimaginable professionalism or a money-making knack.

Mytrendyphone Experience

I bought an old adaptor from Mytrendyphone. I can not find it with the very cheap price in Europe. They send it via post to Finland very soon. I had Mytrendyphone support chat experience too. It was very good.
They have a very good sales process. You dont need to login and fill boring form. I bought it very simple.

Not taking responsibility for false advertising about products

I ordered a product that was not as described on the web site.

I got an RMA to return it but MyTrendyPhone refused to pay return shipping.

I can understand not paying return shipping if I simply changed my mind, but the product was not as advertised so I should not incur any costs.

The total cost of the order is not worth bothering further with trying to get them to pay for its return, and I won't pay for return shipping myself.

I do not expect to ever buy from MyTrendyPhone again, and will advise others to avoid MyTrendyPhone.

I send my phone to repair because of broken window

I send my phone to repair because of broken window. In the internet it read that they have new window in stock. Now I have waited for 1 month and they say that they don´t have the window and I don't know when I will get my phone, or will I ever. I am leaving on a holiday for 3 weeks and I would have needed my phone with me but the company does not care and are doing nothing to get the phone to me repaired in time.

Bad refund experience

I ordered a LED cabinet light and screen protectors. Protectors were okay, but the light was Chinese crap. It made weird noise, charging port was shady and the battery was bad. I returned it, but ot was refunded only a month after they received the package, instead of promised refund time (week).

I have had better experiences with this store, when the ordered products have been okay. But resolving an issue was way too hard and slow.
