Making a claim with them is a massive hassle.
Claimed for a television that was damaged during a revamp of the sitting room, still not settled 2 weeks later.
Tried to send an engineer from Glasgow to Orkney (boat or plane needed)
Passed around 3 different departments, ended up cancelling my claim (and my insurance with them) and buying a 2nd hand TV.
It's almost like the make the claims process as difficult as possible to avoid having to pay out!
