Firstoff, as I write, this company has 3 out of five stars with two (2) reviews. The first review gave one (1) star, the second gave two (2) stars. That should average out to 1.5 stars, but instead it lists as three (3) stars. So this mechanism appears to be adding up all the stars???
As for my review, my sentiments are exactly as the prior reviewers...

I used their natural gut for a couple of years, with pretty good results. Recently the batch of 3 coils I ordered was defective. They all broke within an hour, or even during stringing. The owner refused to admit there was anything wrong with the strings, made excuses, and even became insulting and abusive. This company's strings are inconsistent at best. The owner is terrible to deal with. I would buy nothing from this place.
