Video recorded all of my game play and it鈥檚 shocking how their games never pay in return. Out of almost 拢300 played on 拢1 the game never dropped a major in game bonus. Unbelievable! I tried to talk to customer service about why my account was suspended and my bonuses disabled on my account and they never replied. Can鈥檛 get in to my account with no communication from anyone from their team. Unbelievable that in 2025 almost there are still sites out there like this that get licensed by the gambling commissioner

This is ridiculous got a bonus on lion saga and it kicked me off. Then stated I can鈥檛 play any other game until this bonus is played off which I can鈥檛 do. I鈥檝e tried over 50 times but as soon I reload the game it kicks me back to the home page. Waited over an hour for a response from customer service with nothing g then they replied which I wasn鈥檛 aware of and because I wasn鈥檛 active in three minutes closed the chat. It鈥檚 absolutely ridiculous that this is happening. I鈥檝e got my win and the bonus I鈥檓 missing from the game

Poor gambling site overall
Poor gambling site overall. Games are full of glitches and kick you out quite regularly saying technical errors. Tried using several Internet browsers but made no differe
nce. A fair few tools in the menu interface don't seem to work on top of everything with the additional poor customer service feed back and automated service. Typical site more interested in your money than providing good customer service in general.

I would also like to mention that, although it's down to luck and could never be proven, the games on this site seem to give the poorest rtp return I have encountered compared to any other site. It seems quite common to end upto staking 35-40x before seeing a return, which is 99% of the time a 1-2x rtp return. This seems to happen even on higher rtp slots of 96% and up. This site seems to drain your credit quickly which unfortunately for some can entice addicts into a chase to win scenario where you could be tempted to deposit more over shorter periods. My advice would be to avoid this site at all costs, good luck

Loyalty pays with Neptuneplay. Been with them for a year now and the VIP perks are impressive. Personal account manager and exclusive bonuses make a big difference. AVOID NEPTUNE CASINO This site refuses to payout winnings (鈥�/h2>

This site refuses to payout winnings ( 拢1250) using many excuses. The live chat is useless, they cut you off where you log in again and have you holding, they do not have a contact telephone number. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They have been reported to gambling commissioner for withholding funds.

Update 3 weeks post withdrawal. They have still not paid my winning and are now using every excuse under the sun as well as fob off emails with again excuses. Small claims court paperwork has been submitted.

Update 7 weeks later!
They still refuse to payout winnings due to wagering. I wagered the amount required and then they use the 鈥� neptune has to right to revoke winnings but fail to provide these guidelines or the section of the terms and conditions relative to the withholding of funds. They then say I went over the bet threshold yet they still allow you to continue playing with no warnings nor indicators of such terms and conditions. If it was a small amount I would still write a negative review but this is a substantial amount. At this point they have blocked my email and refuse to communicate. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THE COMPANIES AFFILIATED WITH NEPTUNE INCLUDING MAGIC RED. The company are registered under AG Communications Limited which is owned by Aspire Global Limited, They say on their site they have excellent customer support, I beg to differ. They have no customer services nor the ability to communicate.

Withdrawals take so long

Once verified withdrawal are supposed to be processed in 48 hours, mine took 7 days. Live chat is pointless, no help at all, just say you have to wait. Finally got my withdrawal once I had filled a complaint. Won't be depositing with them again.

Played a game I would play usually on other reputable sites and won 拢100. Withdrawing took daysssssss which I think is ridiculous for any kind of site to do.

Anyway, since I was waiting for my 拢100 - I鈥檝e then deposited around 拢500. Chasing, which is why I have deposit limits on the other sites I use, anyway. 拢500 in deposits and not a bonus. Just another Rip off site.
Do not play any roulette games on the site. You lose before you start.
It's a bent algorithm with bent Rgn.
The wheel resets mid spin, or worse it kicks you out so when yer have a large stake on a number it comes in when yer have no stake on it ! Only for it never to return. As it only repeats the same losing numbers.

I just want to say this site is absolutely fantastic and I don't see how people are calling it a scam. Ok the games might glitch a bit but that's when signal is bad when I'm outside just using wi fi. The withdrawal time is within an hour as long as you have binded with their terms and conditions and sent the right relevant documents. Excluding weekend and UK bank holidays.
