If you only play one game every time you use their site and take out your winnings, they take the game away.
Also some people don’t want to play their wager games , they just enjoy the pokies, but Neptune and other sites don’t like this, one site refused to pay my winnings so I deleted the entire game and will never play there again, Neptune is coming close to the same thing.

They are a fraud of a site same columns and numbers on the roulette table constantly in 9/10 times in a row roulette is meant to be mixed. They glitch the table so can’t even see it. You talk to them on customer service all computerised and they don’t even listen to what you are saying. They haven’t offered me one promotion or offer since I have joined after staking thousands. I deposited £200 this came out of my bank as a transfer twice. Neither credited my account this was 3 days ago. I sent proof from my bank the deposits were sent and received by casino bank. I have been told to wait 6hrs, then 14 then till next day. Now I’m told no time frame whilst this is looked at. So basically my money has been taken. Ridiculous they have proof it has left my account !

For any1 reading all these bad reviews ...I have 0 idea what they are on about ...the site has absolutely loads of games even games that most UK sites don't actually have lots of different providers ..the site is quick , the withdrawals are relatively quick , the live support also are a great help I created an account last week I've won over £1,000.00 bonus's do drop frequently..so don't worry to much about these bad reviews I actually think there very wrong and just writing bad things about them because they couldn't get a bonus 😂😂

You don't play through real cash before bonus funds they tie any wins from real cash funds into your bonus so if you deposit 50 take a bonus of 50 then win 500 within the first 50 real cash you can only cash out 250. And will never complete the wagering until you have lost everything. Absolute scam. Take way too long to payout . Takes 2 seconds to take your money a week to pay you out. I won't be returning
