Lovely products but unfortunate you can’t return online items to their stores.
Lovely products, very well made and beautifully designed. They also have excellent customer service and are very quick to respond.
The only reason I am giving them 4 stars and not 5 is due to the disappointment of not being able to return items bought online back to their store. This delays the refund process so they should consider changing this.

Quality control is really letting them down and it makes me so sad as I've used this company for a long time and I love their styles. Recently I ordered a newbie dress for me and my children and all three turned up ready for an outing. My dress had one sleeve shorter than the other. Then I emailed and returned and ordered again to find they'd sent the same dress back to me - or a second faulty one?
I'm really sad because I love to match my girls and now I'm reluctant to use them.
