I was thinking about buying a new sofa and love seat as my current set is on its last leg, literally. So, I went onto the NFM website and less than 30 minutes later my new furniture was purchased and shipping scheduled. The store is clean and well organized with great customer support. I wanted the items i bought shipped to me and that process was easy too! I would have given 5 stars but the check out lines were long and barely moving. I stood in line 26 minutes to pay for one item.

I was getting charged with a shipping fee even though your app says that purchases over $349 are free. I spent over $3k. I ended up switching to delivery for a small fee more. I expect that is why it is set up this way, to uncharged people. Not cool.

If it was not automatically populated for your order, you are either outside of that delivery zone, or the order did not qualify.
