Misleading sales people for blinds along with no support from management
Sales people in blinds gave us a quote that they would not honor. In addition, they stated that the quote was PRIOR to the grand opening and since Grand opening they have raised their prices on the blinds. The ordering and measuring process was not handled properly which forced the timing to go over the grand opening and prices went up and so NO BLINDS. Make sure you get it all in writing cause what they say and what they do are 2 different things.

Took WWWAAAAYYY too many tries to complete order!
Had to try 3 different credit cards, even though ALL were valid. 2 failed attempts to incorrect billing address??? Also had to submit personal info twice each time I tried to proceed to payment due to incorrect delivery choice (free ups delivery). Took almost 30 minutes to complete order that takes 2 minutes on EBAY. Great price for product, terrible process to get the item. I sure hope the product I ordered is not as bad as the process of ordering said product.

Delivery was a Nightmare
I have purchased several thousand dollar of items from this site & new store in Texas. Although my experience with the employees in the store and the actual items that I have purchased has been excellent the challenges that we have experienced with delivery have been unacceptable. Items that were due to arrive never showed up. We were told that we never ordered certain items and then they are delivered weeks later. Dealing with customer service has been extremely frustrating as well. Be sure if you purchase you can pick up your self or allow time for miss deliveries.

Great when it comes to purchasing items but delivery is awful!
So far I've purchased multiple items which required delivery and installation. Everything went smoothly as far as purchasing them items and we were happy on that end. But when it came to delivery, the service was terrible. Not timely, did not bring the right items, had to come back multiple times due to errors, did not come during the correct delivery window... just a nightmare! But in the end they finally got it right (after 3 tries) and gave me a $100 gift card. Their prices are so good, I can't believe it but I'm actually going to make another purchase. I guess now we just know to expect the worst as far as the delivery goes.
