I have deleted my original review, at first I was disappointed about my shipment and I seemed to have issues contacting Nicosurge. BUT, they did email me back today apologizing for the delay in contacting me and they told me they straightened out the shipping issue. In fact they went above and beyond to straighten out the shipping issue. I applaud them. I deal with the public also, and I realize somethings do go wrong, it is how you correct what went wrong that makes your business stand out. If I could give you 6 stars I would. Now I will try the Nicosure inhaler and let you know if it helps me. So hoping it does.Thank you again Nicosure!

Great product! And the response time to questions and the complete satisfaction this company makes sure you have is unreal. 2 of the inhalers were 2 strong and they just immediatly within hours of my email sent me 2 lower dose for free. The product itself really works, but the more companies should take a look at how they treat there companies. This is the way to do so!

The inhaler is great, as an ex, 8 year vape user this really works well with quitting vaping, and pairs well with Nicotine patches!

I agree with a few of the other comments regarding the harshness of the stronger inhaler. It was strong discomfort when inhaled. I have to acknowledge that I have COPD/Asthma and currently treating a respiratory infection, I am sure that was impart to blame for the burning sensation considering my throat and airway was already irritated. I dropped to the lowest strength and happy to report much better! While I do want to go to a stronger inhaler, i will wait until my respiratory symptoms have improved before giving the higher strength a fair chance. I can see where these will do a good job of providing a cleaner source of nicotine!

I am a heavy smoker so I ordered the strongest Nicosurge. It was really hurting my throat. I just called customer service and they suggested the lowest strength and sent me a free one to try. Sure enough, it was much milder on my throat. They credited me back for the strong ones. So helpful and very kind!

Great product, great service. This is a clean, healthy way to stop smoking, that is so easy to use! Just shake it and inhale and that's it. No messy cleanup or refilling of anything. And I love the the cool mint flavor. I did not cough at first, but every once in a while I will, only because I'm inhaling a mist and it catches me the wrong way a bit. Otherwise, this has been the quickest and easiest way to take nicotine and stop breathing in all the chemicals of cigarettes. Try it, you will like it! And the customer service has been amazing! Writing me back quickly and answering all my questions about the product and ordering very clearly with care. The website is really easy to shop from though, and delivery is quick. 5 stars all the way!

Nicosurge has been a big help. I was a very heavy smoker and most products to help you quit just aren't strong enough. Nicosurge gives me instant relief from the big cravings. It is hard to hit them the first few times but you get used to it quickly

My fiance has been using these and they have been great! It was an easy transition from the jull pods to these and it works even better. He says it feels more like his lungs are being cleared out from it where other products make you feel like the junk is storing up in your lungs. It is a great product and plan on using it until nicotine is no longer needed. Just a heads up to those reviews about coughing.. he coughed for a few days but said it felt like that was helping with the clearing of built up junk then hasn't coughed much since. Give it 3 to 4 days instead of just a few puffs!

Thrilled to find this e-cig alternative in Massachusetts. Two weeks smoke-free, and I actually think this works better than e-cigs which our moron Governor banned. Everything smells better, and the inhaler instantly takes away the overwhelming cigarette urge. Highly recommend to everybody, but especially to those people in Mass who can't even get e-cigs mailed to them any more. This inhaler is WAY better! Yay!

The original nicosurge inhaler was too strong, I contacted Nicosurge and they sent the lesser dose inhaler free of charge. The representative, William, was so helpful. Going on a plane trip and this will help tremendously. Thank you Nicosurge for all your help!
