we bought a table here. after 1 month we have deformation which they argue is our fault. im very disappointed by the customer service and the quality of their product. never buying here again.

Great buying experience, the chairs are really beautiful and I even got a 10% discount after there was a mix up in the delivery dates. one of the dining chair legs was missing a part and Nimara sent a complete set of legs immediately I informed them without hassle. Good company, great products!

Everything was fine except the delivery. I wasn't at home the first delivery date and the nightmare started. I received an email to set another delivery date but it wasn't possible with the link they sent. I waited at home the other day and no one showed up. Then the next day delivery came again and i wasn't at home. The problem is you don't know when they are going to come and you cannot set a date. I solved it by contacting the customer support but yeah it takes unnecessary effort for a simple delivery. Other than that everything was fine.

Product is as described. It took a bit more than expected in assembling the sofa. Amazing service, the truck driver was very helpful.

Damaged order

My order is completely damaged and delivery guy refused to bring it inside the house although we had paid 鈧� shipping fee.
Now even if we get a refund, 鈧� will be lost for receiving a broken table?

Change the delivery company pls

Everything was fine except the delivery. I wasn't at home the first delivery date and the nightmare started. Beautiful sofa and seems also good quality. It was a bit annoying to assemble but we managed. Great customer service and fast shipping.

Great quality

Already 10 days have passed but i got鈥�/h2>

Already 10 days have passed but i got no response on my order . As mentioned delivery time should be 2-3 days but after 10 days also i am waiting for an update .
Edited: i tried messaging them on their watsapp and finally they processed my order .
