I contacted them through customer services several times over one month and have yet to receive a response. Awful deplorable non existent customer service. The imaginary Thomas has left the building it seems. An expensive ornament. Should have gone for the Levo2
I wrote to them asking when they would ship my order 2 weeks ago and I didn't get any answer, only an invoice yesterday.
Great service and clear info through whatsapp. All my questions were answered before i placed my order. And the product itself feels like great quality. My first batch of infused oil was a success even though i’ll be looking for better ratio’s of oil:plant material for optimal doses.

I have to say my personal experience with Noids has always been superb. I had a small issue with the glass vessel. I contacted them via WhatsApp. This was met with a quick response to try a couple of things. Straightaway a new vessel despatched and I received a replacement within 48 hours. Take a note you larger companies. This how you do things!!!

Quick delivery, most innotive decarb/infuser as has evaporation and also condensing pipe! Good build quality spares parts are well priced, only had for 5 days but have done one oil decarb and been doing almost contiuous evaporating since, so not going to break under light use! the filter has fallen out of the funnel a few times and is very loose in its seating in both dimesions (diameter/thickness) could do with a silicone gasket for the filter disk to make a tight fit and better sealing, also the condenser bend radius is a tight 180 bend, two 90s would bring the down pipe further out allowing for any container to be placed under (i had to bend the pipe slightly to get a bottle under without tilting it!) Only Minor design problems or constructive criticism warrented no other decarb infuser evaporates let alone condenses! Dont seal the condnensor outlet to the container you will end up with oil in your clean container after the pressure builds up!!

Excellent Product and Excellent Service with no comparison , I am very lucky to have came across this product and this company. I am writing this review after I bought this machine in November 2021. Once you start using it , you will fall in love with the quality of the result. The decarboxylation is amazing as it makes the flower so more powerful . I can honestly say that I so happy with the results it gives that now I cannot stay without this Pot and the cherry on the cake is that aftersales service is very helpful and professional.
