I got this as a gift from my wife today and used it to prepare tonight's dinner. It is a fantastic knife, very sharp, nicely balanced and a good handle, and it looks good too (the Loki).
My wife says she ordered it on the 21st of December and today is the 4th of January. So our delivery seems to be a lot quicker but then again we never expected it to arrive before Xmas.
Received my order yesterday 28/12 after ordering 9/12. Email/Message updates were pretty vague as too delivery & tracking.
The knives do feel nice in the hand & hopefully will be as sharp as described.
I don鈥檛 ever wish to give one star鈥︹��br/>I feel that the service has been terrible!

But I ordered a knife 鈥渢he Loki鈥� as a Christmas present with plenty of time according to the delivery they promoted. It arrived late after numerous of attempts to contact with regard鈥檚 to delivery.
When it finally arrived in time for new year I informed them that I no longer needed the gift as I鈥檇 had to replace the gift as it hadn鈥檛 arrived. They then added insult to injury by informing me I now have to PAY to return it!!!! Absolutely flabbergasted as the non delivery was not my fault!
But the knife on the other hand looks very nice!

So after waiting for god knows how long for my Chinese special and submitting a negative review. I was contacted from Northern Knife saying they would give me a refund to cancel the review. They then changed their mind from a refund to issuing a knife of my choice. After telling them what I would like I have heard nothing nor received the knife of my choice. Very disappointing level of customer service. AGAIN!!!

ordered knifes end of November still have not received them .sent email to northern knife ,for them to email me back saying they were delivered weeks ago ,and for me to check with neighbours and local delivery company .this is not my problem i paid in good faith and have had no products .will update in due course.

I ordered my knife Dec.6th. It is Dec 28th now. Have not been notified when my knife will be delivered. I ordered 2 more knives and then get a notice, order 2 get one free... same cost I paid- will I receive 3 knives? You all need to update your shipping practices. USPS don't always deliver correctly. Plus, tracking info sucks. I sure do hope my knives are as pretty as pictures. Thanks, sorry for the venting. It's frustrating when you say turn around processing to delivery is 7-14 days. Should have received my 1st knife on 2oth or 21st.????

Ordered for gift on 30th November to the UK. I have still not received my order. I have had lots of replies to queries about it's whereabouts. For the most part these have seemed auto generated. No update from tracking link since "awaiting tracking information" on 1st December.
Most recently I have had a message back to say my order has been lost in transit and they will resend. Not holding my breath at this point. Very disappointed and 拢140 out of pocket. Anyone in the UK actually received an order??!

Awful company. Not based in the UK. Your knife if you actually get it is from America. Ordered begining of December. Argued with me for 2 weeks its the 27th December now and it didn't arrive and I've still not had a refund

I ordered this product on December 6th. I have sent three messages to the company inquiring about the status. I have received no response. The tracking hasn't been updated since December 18th. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered this knife on 29th Nov, it arrived in time for Christmas but I did worry it wouldn鈥檛 as it got to nearly 3 weeks with no sign of it. My main issue is that this knife was shipped from Shanghai (tracking confirms) and not from England, the advertising is misleading, I wanted to buy a UK product which this is not.
