Ordered twice recently from OnBuy and although their customer service was helpful, the experience was pretty frustrating and long! In one order, ordered 2 jumpers which smelt AWFUL! after 4 washes we could still smell it! In a recent order, the seller on the platform mis advertised the product but didn’t reply to communications. You then have to wait a few days before you’re able to contact the OnBuy customer service team. To be fair on them, they eventually got a satisfactory resolution but the whole process took too much of my time and at times was very frustrating! Won’t use again as sellers are unreliable.

Faulty item no help to resolve
Ordered some chippers for a xmas gift, said it would be here for Xmas, and wasn't seller takes ages to reply if at all. Clippers do not work, so I asked to send back for a refund and was offered some money off, which I declined as they don't work. Now, I'm not getting replies, and onbuy also have not replied.
