I had never heard of Opportunity Commerce until I stumbled across them whilst Googling for kitchen appliances, specifically Barazza. I was initially skeptical about purchasing online from another country, but Opportunity Commerce exceeded my expectations. Customer service in English was fast, helpful, and friendly, and tracking my order was easy with enough information provided. The local carrier was also friendly and helpful. The only area for improvement is the packaging for international orders, as my package arrived without damage but was quite battered. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely shop here again. 4 stars.

I was at first skeptical in purchasing online from another country and afraid of delivery & customer contact/service. But I must say that it all was great. Customer contact in English, very fast, helpful and friendly. Also tracking the order was easy and enough info available. Contact by the local carrier also friendly and helpful. The only improvement suggestion from my side would be the packaging especially for international orders, this could be improved as the order arrived without damages but the package has suffered a lot on the way. Would definitely repeat the purchase and recommend from this one experience.

I bought from them the complete electrical equipment for the kitchen and laundry room for our new house! The company offers, in my opinion, the best value for money in Italy, especially for high-end products such as Gaggenau and Miele Professional appliances! In addition, the service of the entire team is more than helpful and competent! An additional plus for me as a non-Italian is that they all communicate well in English, which was a real added value for me! I can recommend them without a doubt, especially if you are looking for exclusive products and depend on English for communication!
