I received an email that my subscription had been renewed. I had intended to cancel it prior to renewal, but in the bustle of the holiday season, I forgot. I contacted them 17 days later. They refused a refund stating that they will only offer refunds if requested within 15 days. I explained our finances are strained and pleaded for compassion, to no avail. I haven't used any of their services for over a year, so it is clearly nothing but a greedy money grab. I haven't and won't receive any product or service for my $50, and they know it. As with people, companies are defined by actions, and I wouldn't trust any person who would so greedily money grab. And likewise, no one should trust OptimalPrint. Buyer beware. PS, in the end they agreed to refund $10. Severely lacking in compassion, to say the least.
Companies on Trustpilot can’t offer incentives or pay to hide any reviews.

I placed an order, received my order confirmation, delivery was scheculed between Nov 28- Dec 2
Today is Dec 15, I have not received my order, and cannot find an email address or phone number to talk to anyone. The order page for my account says "to be printed". My credit card has been charged, and I am unable to cancel the order.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I'm not comfortable leaving my order # or personal information on a review.
UPDATE: Joy reached out to me tonight and offered to redo the order. I asked for a full refund which she was happy to give. I don't like that it took a negative review in order to hear from customer service, but am pleased with their willingness to correct the issue.
I would never order again. Terrible customer service. I paid for express shipping not on Canada post because they were on strike. They used Canada post anyway knowing it would not come. Now no Christmas cards despite being told they would arrive by a third party shipping company December 15th. Totally unacceptable as I was happy to pay for alternative shipping. Greedy company just kept the shipping money.
I have had a very good experience with Optimal Print in years past. But this year, I placed a sizeable order for our photo Christmas cards in late November and *paid extra* for rush delivery. They were supposed to arrive by December 12 (OptimalPrint, the order number is:
31766107 ).
No sign of them and it is impossible to get ahold of customer service beyond an automated chatbot. Extremely frustrating and I can’t recommend this company.
The company claims on its website to print in Toronto, which is the city where I live. So imagine my surprise when my tracker tells me they’re stuck in Quebec!! This is confusing at best, deceptive and inaccurate at worst.

UNACCEPTABLE!…
I have used your service for several years and have been very satisfied until today. My cards arrived with our name and greeting smudged and looks terrible. I won’t be sending them out this year ! Unacceptable !

Avoid
I got 2 items that I ordered at the same time. 1 I received late . and the other one still haven't received it. still saying it's in Mirabel. I was supposed to have received it 2 almost 3 weeks ago. This is unacceptable crap.

Crap customer service
Don't order an aluminum wall art from them. They provide double sided tape to mount them and the tape fails after 6 months destroying your art. This is after their 14 day return period and they give you nothing.

Absolutely terrible- DO NOT USE
Absolutely terrible- DO NOT USE! Attempted to have a 24x36 photo poster printed. It never made it to me. They said the shipper picked up and it was lost 2 of the times and the last time they say the order was cancelled because of an error. No customer service phone number to call- only chat. Still waiting for my refund. Not impressed!

AVOID!!
AVOID!!! Poor quality, lies about shipping.
Constantly extremely late shipping and they blame the shipper, but products get lost or never picked up by shipper when they say. Tell you to contact them again in a few days over and over. Please just don’t support them. Have tried twice. Both times same issue. Should be sued for false advertising. Then maybe they would listen. Images are blurry and bleh. Aluminum prints are a complete disappointment and horribly dull.

Great quality and Fast
I have ordered twice from Optimal Print and both times it came within 4 days and great quality. I uploaded screenshots of photos from Pinterest and they were clear and high quality.

Delivery was super fast which I’m…
Delivery was super fast which I’m really pleased with. But only giving it 3 stars as I have to throw away about 20 wedding invitations due to damage/not printed correctly, which is a bummer since they are wedding invitations and I had ordered a set amount. Other than the damaged ones, quality is pretty good, price was amazing and delivery was fast.

Hanging kit for large print
I had a large print done. The hanging kit (adhesive stick ons) would not adhere to back of print. Kept unsticking to the point that my picture fell and damaged the edge. Their solution...sent me the same hanging kit! Still doesn't stick. I'm stuck with a huge picture that I can't hang. Never order from them if you want to hang your picture

Aluminum Prints are not as advertised…
Aluminum Prints are not as advertised or expected. My husband got me these photos printed for my birthday and although I love the thought, the prints leave much more to be desired.
Prints almost feel as if they are printed on plastic. Not a smooth or shiny finish at all. Whites are not showing aluminum through as advertised. It is just photo printed on top "aluminum" with a matte, uneven finish. Photo also came out blurred even with high quality, professional photos. We would have saved a lot of money to have a regular photo print, which would have more gloss and depth than this expensive "aluminum print". I dislike leaving a bad review, but I want others to know what they are truly ordering.

Ridiculous
Ridiculous. Ordered a custom poster for my boyfriend. The picture I wanted to use was completely clear and no pixels to be seen. I get the poster in the mail and it’s blurry and junk quality. 100 percent disappointing.

Generally good company for printing
I've been ordering notecards for my business since August 2023 and generally, I have been pleased with the quality of printing and efficient shipping. There have been a few times where the printing or folding was not up to standard and Optimalprint has been quick to resend the product. I would say my only complaint which was not able to be fully rectified is with quality control between the shipping centers. I found this issue to be with the standard envelopes coming out of one particular distribution center which are considerably lower quality than what is sent from other distribution centers. Although Optimalprint did all they could and refunded me for the envelopes, there seems to be a lack of control with regards to quality control. Not a huge deal since it's just envelopes but was a little frustrating. Overall though, good company to meet your printing needs.

Scam?
I ordered 5 photos a month ago, paid $33 for delivery (which is already a lot for 5 photos), was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago and since then... no news. And, of course, you can't write or talk to anyone.
I'm wondering whether this is a real company or a scam.
Edit : Thank you for your reply, my order number is 29576813

Not sure why I can no longer place…
Not sure why I can no longer place orders. This company would rather blacklist you than literally make money from customers. Absolute trash. Someone else will gladly take my money.
Edit*: I've tried ordering multiple times. I've contacted support, and they've tried re-ordering for me, with no avail. Initially, I was unable to get shipping with my paid Optimalprint+ membership, because I was over by 1 item (they only let you ship 5 at a time). Then, because I wanted to ship to an address that wasn't my own, they claimed it might be for commercial use. I am a freelance artist, trying to send foam squares to a client. I said, I'd pay for shipping if it was a big deal, and still nothing. Now, I fear I am blacklisted. I tried making a new account, it still didn't work. I tried using a VPN. It still didn't work.
Get it together Optimalprint. I'll find someone else who wants to make money.
