Warped Service Ethic

Orange Umbrella does a lot of things well and represents a refined standard. They offer many products that have stood the test of time with many happy customers in the back-trail. What some potential buyers may not know, is that if you have an order go bad, the attitude you get from the company is no fun at all. When you eventually get through to the owner, you discover that's the source of mixed up ethics. We couldn't use what they sent, and we couldn't reach fair understanding through sound communication so we sent it back on our dime and without arrangement for refund. If you do business with Orange Umbrella, just be 100% lucky at all times and you may avoid the underlying bog.
